My order was mostly correct. Today was the 2nd time at this Jimmy John’s Sandwich Shop asking for “No Onions” on my Unwich only to find a significant portion of onions on it when I unwrapped it. At least I didn’t get bread! Otherwise the food was up to par and service ok too. Accuracy matters. Freaky Fast is ok but I’d prefer Freaky Accurate.

Let's just say it's a 5-minute drive and it took them 45 minutes to deliver a sandwich and I don't know if they're hiring but maybe they should publish that after that behind and when I called him and said so I called 30 minutes ago where is he and all his response was he'll be there so not even like a try to call me on anything or any of that jazz and I don't know the delivery guy was nice not entirely his fault he's got to wait for everybody else in the store to get it together but most certainly will not be paying $30 for one and two sandwiches and a soda to be delivered

Got two sandwiches and a wrap and they messed up a sandwich by forgetting the cheese. Turned all the way back around only for them to not remake the sandwich and and just hand two slices of cheese without eye contact. Not the best customer service and obviously didn't care.

Freaky fast! quick service and very nice on the phone
The guy taking orders and making sandwiches tonight was gave us horrible service! Made 3 out of the 6 sandwiches wrong and didn't label them! Then just threw in a box!

My most recent experience at Jimmy Johns Yorkville was awful. I came home with a Turkey sandwich that had barely any turkey on it and a pile of brown slimy lettuce. The bread was overly chewy as well, obviously not fresh. Paid almost $17 for 2 sandwiches and they were basically inedible. Will not return.

oh my lorrrrdddd. i cannot believe how freaky fast this mf-ing jimy jong was. im currently waiting for my sammiches. but like, i wanted to up the quantity of one of the sammies and the order wuz alr placed so i called em, right, and the girl said "oh, our driver already left... we can get him to turn around or sum but idk..." so i was like "no its ok" but in by brain i was FREAKING OUT BECAUSE THEY WERE SO FREAKY FAST IM NOT KIDDING I LOOKED AT THE TIMES AND IT WAS LIKE 3 MINUTES-- ISTG THE ORDER SAID 7:08 AND I CALLED AT 7:11 OMGGGGGGGGGGGG. anyway. thanks jimmy:)

Skimpy all the way around. Hardly any mayo a table spoon of lettuce and meat on only 3/4 of the sandwhich. What's the sense of offer the customize your sandwhich option asked for extra may and onions and did not get either. Worst experience ever. Will not be back. I can't wait till a Jersey Mikes opens in Yorkville!! This Jimmy johns is horrible!
