I got confirmation that my pizza is ready. I come, its bunch of people, waiting, and inside they still messing up orders. I had to wait like 15 min more. Finally I get my order, opened to check...the pieces not even attached it's moved around lol AND I ordered with beef toppings on whole pizza, it was only on some parts!!!!! I asked cashier, she was embarrassed you can tell, she said "it's not supposed to be like that sorry". But I had to just leave already so I left. I couldn't believe it.

They were terrible They were blasting music as well, not being capable of doing their job even giving them a notice five hours beforehand and they still were 45 minutes late on my order.

With all the recent negative reviews we were somewhat apprehensive ordering from LC. In the end, however, we were pleasantly surprised as both our Detroit-style pizzas arrived hot and they were as tasty as can be expected from big chains like LC, and generously topped. The delivery driver was friendly and polite. Unless we got lucky with our order, it seems some of their previous issues have now been addressed.

Bruh took forever and didn’t even start making my pizzas after I ordered them ten minutes beforehand.Employee was rude and was on phone, barely making eye contact and generally not caring.I only recommend ordering via phone

What ever is wrong with this particular location, it needs to be fixed. I ordered, a 3 meat, Hawaiian and Sausage EMB, crazy bread w/ marinara sauce and cheese bread. The pizzas we received are some of the most unappetizing I’ve ever seen. The order was placed quarter after 7 and was suppose to be ready at quarter before 8. I get there and as soon as I park I get a call telling me they’re out of sausage. It’s 7:46, they’re telling me it will be 8 minutes, cool. Mind you I’m only told about the sausage pizza not the 3 meat so I’m assuming they finished the 3 meat and ran out for the sausage pizza, nope they only gave me pepperoni and bacon pizza (at the same cost btw).I didn’t get any update on the order until 8:18 that it’s finally ready. I go inside and I’m told I need to wait for the crazy bread. At this point I completely forgot I ordered marinara sauce. Once I get home I’m greeted by these awful looking pizzas and I wish I could have gone back and return them and just ask for a full refund but they close at 9 and I didn’t get home until 8:55. At this point I’m left with no choice but to write a review because this was completely unacceptable. Even with an extra 40 minutes they couldn’t get anything right.

Made an online order and they called me 5 minutes before picking it up and told me they were out of sausage. Then I get there and they tell me they ran out of buffalo sauce. Couldn’t even refund me my money or give me somthing else. And also the bread sticks were all air. Very disappointing as to this was the closest little ceasers to home now I’ll have to drive farther.

This clearly is a reoccurring problem the owner doesn’t care about because there’s reviews from 4 months ago saying how if you order in advance you’ll still be waiting 20 mins or more and this is what happened to me , my stepmom put in the order 40 mins before I came to the store . My sister tried to pick it up they told her 20 mins , she couldn’t wait so I came 10 mins after she left they told me 20 mins . Not only that the manger Jesus was very rude and said “do you want your order or not I have pizzas to make “ then when I asked an employee for the managers name he told me it and said “is there a problem ? Jesus is working we’re very busy he did nothing wrong you can leave” guess that’s what you get when you have 17 year olds running your establishment
