This is a Rosatis with good food and there is a full sports bar attached to it. The service is generally really good and the people are friendly. Jessica is the best!! The atmosphere is good and there also is a dining area that is separate from the bar area if you bring the family and want to stay out of the bar area. There is also an outside dining area as well. This is different than any other Rosati's I have been in. This is a great stop and the pizza is really good.

Was stuck outback 10+ mins as I work next door, called and asked to have a delivery driver move considering he was parked in NOT a parking spot. Finally comes out taking his time then pulls out and sticks his hand out the window flipping us off. Real professional,’park in a parking spot buddy! ?

This is by far one of the greatest Rosati’s I have ever stepped foot in. It was super clean and full of life. They have even have a bar in it. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We placed our order and it came out quick. The food tasted really good. Food was so good that we ordered to go order. I will be going there again.

In March, we placed a pick-up order totaling $72.30. Unfortunately, our pizza was overcooked and tasted horrible, leading us to discard it. We attempted to provide feedback about our experience by calling, but despite being repeatedly assured that a manager would return our call, it never happened.We also made an effort to speak directly with a manager by visiting the location, only to be informed that they were unavailable. Our contact information was taken, and we were promised a callback, which we never received.Needless to say, this was a bad experience compounded by poor customer service.We will stick with Papa John's for our pizza needs in the future.

I don't eat here often anymore like I used to, but ordered recently and reminded why I don't. Not only are the prices getting too high, but I noticed a "Convenience Fee" charge on my receipt when I got home from picking up the pizza as a carry out. I hate this new trend (post pandemic) of businesses charging you for using a credit card. Especially when it's a surprise. I don't recall seeing this on the credit card device before approval, but they make sure to ask you about leaving a tip on there, and again when you "have to" sign the receipt. They have an Amex logo on their menu holder, but then charge you a fee for using it... Won't be coming back again anytime soon that's for sure.

Really disappointed - I have ordered 3 deliveries in the last month and we are about 7 minutes from the store. No one mentioned the $5 delivery charge. So today - when I tipped the delivery girl $10 on what I thought was a $37.71 bill..... I really tipped $10 on a $32.71 bill and paid a $5 delivery charge. I have never heard the people on the phone mention a delivery charge when I order. I dont usually nitpick the charges. I have been very generous and apologize to all the future delivery drivers that will get a 15% tip that includes the $5 delivery charge. So much for being generous - you find out that you are being played.....
