The food is great, I enjoyed it. But we waited for nearly 20 minutes for a smoothie and a smoothie bowl. The size was wrong I asked for a 20z and they charged for a 40oz. I would’ve told them but they never checked up on us during the 20 minutes at the drive up window. Also we were the only customers.

Ordered a smoothie bowl for pick up and whoever made it, made it FIREEEE ? There was 2 girls working at the time I went in. They loaded it up and didn’t skimp on the toppings like the Plano smoothie king! Thank you, this made it well worth the money!

Smoothie king be dragging, especially on lunch break. Many people mingling inside, not enough movement. My same smoothie I get never taste the same.. and it's so annoying when they keep saying anything else, anything else. Dang Brandon hold up, can you wait until I finish talking.

It was a good place as far as good smoothies. All fresh fruits and very good natural ingredients. Only thing I would like to see is the bananas be left in the peel before you use them because they got brown sitting in a pan.

These smoothies are great! So delicious and healthy! Fits perfectly into my diet. Stopped here after going to the nearby target to grab a quick smoothie. At that time, it was quite a new place so I wanted to try it. Great interior and a quite nice exterior. All of the employees are really nice. You can always ask for it and get what you want! Will definitely be back many times to come! :)

Had plenty of good experiences here until I found out I can no longer get the smoothie the way I've been ordering with honey. They have honey, but can't charge for it so I can't add it to my order. No longer getting my business. Off to Tropical or JuiceHead. Seems ridiculous.Turning away business for no reason!
Quick and friendly service. There is a great selection of drinks and the pup cup was a huge hit !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2/13/23 I found what appeared to be glass in my smoothie, but the manager on duty confirmed that it was from their broken blenders. Which he knows, the GM and the owner knows they are broken & it has happened before… but still continue to serve customers with broken blenders instead of replacing them. Yes I ingested it and yes you probably have too.

I love Smoothie King and especially this location, but when I came today to grab a drink, there was a sign stating they would be closed at 6pm for the Super Bowl.. that’s understandable, but for those of us who drive from out of town just to get a smoothie, that’s unprofessional. We pulled up at 7pm, the website said closed at 8pm, then we show up and no one’s there. I think the business could have at least updated the times on Google. I’m pregnant and was craving a Banana Boat and now won’t get my drink.
