Dined in on 4/9/24. I usually eat dinner here 6 to 8 times a month ($120 to $160 spent each month). I ordered my dinner ( Chicken Parm) as the complete dinner as I do just about every time I visit them. The complete dinner used to be soup, salad & dessert. I say used to be as apparently since last week that has changed with the desert dropped. In my ordering I was never told that the meal choices changed though in checking the menu it was stated only soup and salad.....ok my fault, but when I got my bill I was told that the only dinners included in the complete dinners were the American Favorites. I have always gotten that complete meal deal on any of their numerous dinner choices. Again, maybe I should have been made aware that nothing other than the American Favorites counted to being a complete dinner since I order it as a complete meal. Bottom line, I was charged $4.99 +tax for a salad that , I believe , should have been covered in the complete meal deal and was no where close to being a $5 salad ! Why would only the American favorites dinners qualify for the complete dinner deal? There are many more other dinners than American Favorites on their menu ! Well, the outcome for me is I will no longer be going to this restaurant due to a big lack of service. I'd go there more than the 6 or 8 times a month but I live 22 miles from there ( 44 miles round trip ) and while I will drive a distance for a good meal (...and they do have great food......soup is the best !) due to gas prices I have to limit my driving a bit. I'm not going to frequent a place that seems to not care about helping its customers understand the menu or it's changes.Rick Buscemi

Kathy is amazing! She deserves 10 ⭐for her friendliness, knowledge of the menu and food. Really great menu, delicious food and a very good serving for the price. I will go back to try the fried chicken and/or the liver and onions.

First visit. Beautiful decor. Our server was cool and friendly. Greeter/cashier seemed a bit introverted (which is fine, I'm also introverted, but perhaps greeting people all day in a customer service position is not the best choice for an introvert?) Fabulous pancakes. Omelette was huge but needed more cheese! ( the eggs seemed a bit overcooked perhaps?) but it was stuffed with other delicious ingredients. (Noticing a trend at restaurants in general recently that the omelettes aren't as cheesy as they used to be...not just at this restaurant). Their menu had a lot to choose from and will definitely go back to try more for breakfast and lunch. A pleasant surprise overall.
Good breakfast ?
