The people here are always kind, has had the same managment for several years and whatever they're doing, they're doing it well! We always love coming here, and the on tap root beer is the best around.
I placed an order at the drive-up. I paid and was told to park in the drive-up reserved as two of the items weren't ready. A manager brought the bag out with the order CLEARLY taped to the bag. When I got to the house, the order was wrong. Even management can't make sure the order is correct.
