We started our class reunion at the Alexandria Bakery. They had a welcome sign made for us, tables set up, and of course yummy donuts! It was the perfect start to our 2-day reunion. Walking into the Bakery feels like home, comfy and relaxed.
On our way home from an impromptu trip to Ft. Wayne we were craving coffee so stopped at Alexandria Bakery. Imagine our surprise when we realized they had been making delicious homemade donuts for 50+ years! My Americano was okay. A little burnt- I probably should have just gone with a regular coffee since this was a bakery, not a coffee shop. My husband's mocha was a better choice. The standouts were the donuts. Great bakery, many different donuts, cookies, and brownies for sale with a nice sitting area. I only wish they made tiger tails more than just on saturdays. Great place to get your donut fix and at an affordable price. While you're at it, you might as well get a cup of coffee.
