Went to get coffees and they were all like 3/4 full but ice an inch or two above the coffee. It was pretty ridiculous. I asked about it and they just said "that's a large" like that was supposed to explain why they weren't even filled. Other than that everything was fine and service was fast.

The McDonald's in Alexandria Sucked.! There was Barely a Lobby, so to speak. You had to Stand in Line Just to Ask for Straws, Napkins, Ketchup, No Free Drink refills. There was Nothing in the lobby, eating area.. Just chairs, and tables and a wall that looked like you was in a Cage for Christs sake.all the Employees was Behind a Wall. No Bell for service.. you had to Stand there while your food gets Cold, just to get the Items that you Needed in the First place.I will Not be going back to Alexandria McDonald's. One of the Worst dining experience that I've had in a While.

Food and service were fine. But i dont apperciate being told by the worker "You have to order at the kiosk or ill get in trouble"....i go lots of places and thats a new one. I do not work for you i should not be having to do your job.

I walked inside to get a drink they refused to serve me a drink unless I used the kiosk to place my order! I have never had a McDonald's refuse to take my order at their counter. The girl that refused me had blue hair. I went to the gas station and got myself a coke!! They rang me up at their counter and took my cash!!
THIS PLACE NEVER HAS ICE This place never has ice cream and it’s on their menu and they always say they don’t have a machine and when I tried to call to confront them about it because I had a person that worked a day job there that I know personally that they said all those high school sweethearts were just too lazy to clean the machines and that’s why they’re never working so I tried to call to confront them and as soon as I started talking about the McFlurry, they hung up on me
Stopped here on the way to work. There was not enough staff. This is the second worst McDonald's I've been to in my 49 years of life. First, they had some odd "drawer system " in which components of the meal came out of different drawers. This is why the food is not fresh. The owner of this McDonald's needs to retrain, higher the proper amount of staff, and regularly round.

Had to wait at window two extra times to reopen for missing items and still had to drive back to the store for more missing items. They fixed the order without hesitation though. That made it not terrible. This particular store is only open at drive through for remodel.
