I requested a spicy chicken sandwich, no tomatoes, and add bacon. And a kids cheeseburger for my son. The manager behind the counter was amazing, fast, and friendly. However, the food was very disappointing. My sandwich had tomatoes still on it, and my added bacon was one slice on the side of the sandwich. It was covered in the sauces and very messy to eat. Neither the onion rings nor the fries were fresh. The cook did manage to argue with the manager on duty loudly behind the counter and into the dining room on his way outside. Then, while outside, he walked up to a locked door and proceeded to force me to get up in the middle of my meal to let him back in. I'll never be back.

Management was horrible. Wouldn't even turn around and acknowledge anyone at the counter. She gave us the wrong food. Guys in the back we're doing a great job keeping up with food, but the managers confusion made it take forever to get our food. To add to it the fries and onion rings were like warm and not very good.

We went through drive thru about 30 minutes ago. I have tryed calling the phone number that is listed numerous times and nobody would answer. Our chicken sandwich was completely raw!

The foods always good but the second to last time I was there we ate inside and the manager she's got black hair she was going off on one of her associates about aomethin about taking trash out the back door but she was confronting him right in front in the lobby by the soda machine as I'm sitting there trying to eat i had to listen to that just seemed like there was a better place for that not a good look doing it in front of customers
