I could do without the irrelevant Bible verses on the sign, but the food is tasty. The fish was EXCELLENT the last time we were here; not-quite-TOO-hot of the fryer, tender and juicy. Staff are friendly and someone at the drive-through had a friendly doggie. :)

The young man taking my order, did not understand that I wanted two three-piece fish and fries with coleslaw. They brought my food out and there’s only two pieces of fish and slaw in both boxes. I told the young lady that I wanted to have fries extra she goes back comes back with my forgotten piece of fish and then one fry and one slaw, and then I say well I want fries and slaw with both, so she rings me up for one order of slaw, hands me my slaw and looks at me like I’m done. I couldn’t explain it any simpler and she acted like I was inconveniencing her with my business.

I do not know what has changed. The batter dipped fish is smaller and the batter is down right soggy and gross! There are no "crispies" or flavor and the quality of the fish has definitely tanked!!!! We eat here a couple of times a month and have always loved Captsin D's. This is the last time we will be patronizing this business. The last several times we ate there I noticed difference in the fish. I know business is difficult these days. Don't skimp on quality to save the price! I would rather pay for GOOD Fish! What we just got wasn't worth what we paid for it. Bring the prior fish BACK!

My family and I went to captain d's this evening. We all enjoyed our meals. Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was great. We will definitely be returning to this location.
There is a woman at the register who is amazing at her job. If you are looking for an employee with no college degree that is smart and resourceful, offer her that job with good pay and you will be happy with her talents. There are certain people in this world that "get things done". She is one of these people and deserves a job to highlight her abilities.

The only bad thing was the wait time. It took a while to get our food, but we did order quite a bit, so that's probably why. Delicious, though!
