Was surprised on how good the food was. Will return!
I ordered two chef salads for lunch for delivery through DoorDash. The image of the chef salad includes a small container of dressing in the salad. There were no options to select toppings or dressing on DoorDash. I did note what toppings were not wanted in the comments, but assumed the salad would come with everything pictured. Unfortunately when our salads arrived there was no dressing. I called the restaurant to ask why we received no dressing and the OWNER stated that since no dressing was put in the comments, none was given. I told her that the image showed ranch dressing so it was assumed that was what came with it. She advised that wasn’t the case. She was not friendly or understanding. I will choose to take my $10.75 for a salad elsewhere due to the rudeness and poor customer interaction. If you do choose to order make sure you spell out every detail of what you want or you won’t get it and it will be your fault.

We started ordering from DoorDash and loved it. Decided to start going inside to eat. First time was amazing. Second time, they closed early with no notice. This time, we called to double check they were open (this was at 11:30 am). Was told they were closing at 2:30pm. Literally went right after calling, they told us they were closing early so they could go to the lake! I understand it’s a holiday weekend, but why tell someone 2:30pm then change up within 10 mins.
Chef Jennifer is the best! I love the homey atmosphere this diner gives. Very very good food and awesome customer service. Stop in and taste the wonders of this kitchen. You won’t be let down!

Woman went in to eat, asked to pick up a salad to go, and was told the kitchen staff was sick and wouldn’t make anything other than what we had already ordered. It would be one thing if that was all they had but to work while sick and tell your customers that is gross. Hope they feel better and don’t continue to serve people while sick.

We’ve been waiting for 45 minutes to get two sandwiches. We’re also seen our waitress 1 time. Haven’t checked on us to see if we need anything.
