We were seated right away a singular gentleman was seated later behind us. He received service before is got to place his order in a bit the same waitress came to us we were about to leave and i told her tue gentleman she waited on behind us was here after us so we are leaving she apologized and asked if she could wait on us now giving her the benefit of the doubt since to other wait people were ignoring us also we gave her our order and stayed. She took good care of us but one of the other wait people tried to wait on the gentleman behind us again im not sure why we were bypassed for someone younger than us but it has left a bad impression with me about this place although the young lady tried to correct it not one of the others spoke to us even when i tried to get their attention i tipped her anyway but am in no hurry to return

I arrived here to pick up an order and it was so so bad in the restaurant. I'm assuming they have no employees because orders were stacked up, people were waiting to be seated, and only 2 servers were working and they only cared about the customers they had seated. No one would acknowledge me or any of the other customers that were waiting. I asked the gentleman server for help several times who said he'd be right with me but he just acted like I didn't even exist. The other server a young girl was so overwhelmed she just stood around cussing and complaining to the cook over all the food that was ready.

James M. Made us feel very uncomfortable the whole visit by touching my girlfriends shoulder every interaction to literally not even putting in our order till 25 min in from when he said he did. Had to come back and ask us again what our order was and finally put it in. We were there for 1hr or so and there was only one other group who got their food first after being sat down after us.

This place is always a nightmare. We waited over an hour for our food (quoted time was 20min) only to find out it was sitting there for probably 30min because we were told to sit and wait for our name to be called every time we checked for it. The manager and host are both rude and dismissive, I totally get its just an IHOP but their customer service is pathetic. We'll complain to corporate but will also just stop coming here in the future.

Don’t order to go from here. Lived in Anderson many years and have gone here often. This is the last time I order to go. Many bad experiences with long waits and missing food in orders. Horrible experience today. Got our food over an hour after we ordered it.

This was our first visit to IHOP in Anderson . I ordered the chicken quesadillas they were tasty ! And the waitress was very helpful and had a friendly upbeat personality she was always checking up on us seeing if we needed anything with a happy smile she gave us wonderful service .

Keona the manager for 3rd shift and our server jasmine was the absolute best they handled thereself very professional they were both very kind it was actually the best service we have had at a IHOP I will definitely send more of my friends and family to this IHOP in Anderson indiana and to jasmine the server.
