Food is very inconsistent and they bump there Papa tracking system to show food is ready for pickup and it never ever is. Ready actually seems to mean they just put it in the oven.

Ordered online and this location uses Doordash for deliveries. Doordash Driver Edward gave my order to a random person in the parking lot when instructions stated to come to the front door. Manager refused to talk to me and said he will call back but never did. Never order from this location!!!

We decided to try again after not having a while to see if it got better. It did not, unfortunately. We ordered a large mushroom pizza, which literally had eight pieces of mushroom on it. Might as well have been a cheese pie. We also ordered a sausage one, which again was skimpy on toppings and had bad taste. And last order of breadsticks, which they forgot the dipping sauce. Not a good dinner experience sad to say.

Highly disappointed, after waiting over 2 hours for delivery, we received the wrong order and it was cold. It took me over a day to get in contact with a manager - the customer service was awful. Save your time and money and go else

I ordered through Papa John's website and they are apparently partnering with door dash for delivery now, instead of using their own delivery drivers. Took over 2 hours to get a single pizza delivered. The tracker looked like it was just sitting for 30 minutes before getting taken out for delivery. Was room temperature by the time it got to me. I will not order from them again
