I recently went in to pizza king for lunch. As soon as I came in I was greeted and the lady said to give her a minute. While waiting I noticed her wash her hands speak to me again as she was preparing salads. I watched her check the bowls to make sure they were clean. These were simple things but it was nice to see an employee do things correctly without even knowing their being watched. It was the customer service I received from both the employees that were there and how they worked together and acknowledged every customer that came in.

My order was suppose to take 30 mins max, went to get my food and order wasn’t even put in. Nothing but a drink was offered for the inconvenience and I don’t feel like it’s really acceptable as expensive as the pizza is, something should have been taken off the order.

Never really a complaint everything is usually wonderful! I just wish they could get more drivers because they have been using door dash and I would rather not. I haven't had the best of luck with door dash. So, it's safe to say that Pizza King is usually always looking for dependable friendly reliable drivers.

Previous experiences were not good at all. I had taken my business elsewhere and I live 3 miles from there. I gave them another try this past weekend as I heard they are under new management. I called and ordered 6 pizzas and 10 orders of breadsticks Friday to be done Saturday at 4:45. It was great food, great service, done on time, they called to confirm everything the morning of. I would give them another try now.

Kris was so friendly and helpful! Best service I’ve had in a long time! Had the breadsticks and a Royal pizza!
Very Disappointed! Made me wait 40 minutes before they told me that the ovens were messed up and couldn’t make my food. Said they’d give me a refund but didn’t do anything to make up for my time. Will never go to this location again. Manager was also very rude.

Tried this location once, but didn't come back because of almost non-existent toppings and terrible service. Thought it was just supply chain issue, or maybe a bad day, so we tried it again. Well... we ordered online which gives the pick-up time, but I get there on time and they're just putting the order in the oven. 5 people standing around doing nothing! (I worked restaurants for 10 years, so I know the job.) And ZERO cars in the parking lot. (No, there wasn't the hustle of delivery drivers running in and out either!) And how does it take 5 minutes to cut a pizza and wrap a sandwich? Most important- food was NOT GOOD! We will NEVER come back!

Who ever this manager is in here is very rude to the employees. I really feel sorry for them. This is not a nice atmosphere people have to work in. The customers shouldn't have to hear her yelling at the employees saying she's going to write them up.
