I received two order’s for delivery via DoorDash tonight at 9:09 PM. When I arrived their dining room was closed. So without any other option I went through drive-through. Then, when I got to the speaker box the employee/manager told me it was going to be 15 minutes before the order was ready because they were busy. However, they continued to hand out order’s to customer’s who came through drive-through and paid at the drive-through without any kind of wait for them. Yet they parked 5 Dasher’s including myself. After waiting over 30 minutes in their parking lot and watching multiple other people get their order’s I decided to go back through their drive-through and wait until they gave me my customer’s order’s. They did not hand out the order’s to me until 9:43pm and they did so without any kind of apology or any sign of remorse. One of my order’s was for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Red beans & Rice. My other order consisted of a 3-piece Tender Combo with a Small Sprite and an additional Large Diet Coke with a 2-piece Strawberry Biscuit. Sadly, this is not the first time I have had this kind of experience, however, it most definitely is the last time I will ever experience anything like that. From now on, I will deny all Popeyes order’s. Due to them having terrible customer service and no priorities. Their order’s should be done in the way they were received not take care of the drive-through customer's first and make the delivery drivers wait. Upper management really needs to get involved in this location!!! How they are still open, blows my mind. Because their customer service is nonexistent!!! Upper management needs to watch the security tapes & find out exactly how many times they’re actually manipulating their drive-through times. There was a customer there when I arrived that was pulled up and waiting on a chicken tender meal. Those customer’s wound up waiting over 38 minutes before the employee brought out their order and that was only after the passenger stopped the employee (who was bring a parked customer their order) and the passenger spoke with him about their order. As one of the top dashers for Anderson, I will NEVER be back to Popeyes for myself or for DoorDash.

this location gave me my first Popeyes experience ever, and then completely drove me away. the first time i came, the food was great and came out quick. (inside of restaurant is clean enough, ig) the next time, i decided to place a mobile order about ten minutes before arriving and ended up waiting over 40 minutes for two meals. the cook had only just started one of the sandwiches over 30 minutes after we were directed to park and wait. we were compensated with one free meal on the house, which i just used today and waited over 15 minutes for inside the restaurant, just for it to be wrong. as a side note: the restaurant was NOT BUSY on all three of those occasions. i don't really want to come back here, and i feel bad for the employees who are pulling their coworkers' weight in the kitchen and front of house.TLDR: the food is great, but man do they take their sweet time with it.

It's my wife's birthday and she wanted Popeyes chicken sandwich. So I decided to try the app. Well, it wouldn't let me past the store selector. Wanted to order the family mix and match for $24.99. Could not do it because they were have issues with online ordering and the app. So I went to the store. The cashier was kinda rude/attitude. They couldn't take the online deal so I had to order everything separate. I ordered at 7:58 pm. I ordered 5 #1 chicken sandwiches with fries and a small red beans and rice. It cost me twice the amount. So I was a little miffed about the price. So me and my son went and sat to wait for our food to take home to my family. We sat there for exactly 1 hour before we finally got our food. We walked out a 9:00 pm with another 15 mins to get home. So we ate later than we wanted to. It really was not that busy while were there . So I don't understand why it took so long. There were about 6 more customers waiting as long if not longer than us.Also tried the number on the receipt and it doesn't work.

The food is always good, but the service is slow even on a good day. I went in yesterday when they weren't especially busy. They had three orders to fill. I stood at the counter for twenty minutes without anyone even looking at me. I ended up leaving without anyone taking my order or even acknowledging my existence because I was so hungry I just couldn't wait any longer. Which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to the red beans and rice.
