I waited an extremely long time to pick up food for a door dash. They have 2 drive thru lanes but one is closed off to regular customers and is for pick up orders only. Even though I was in the pick up lane it still took way too long. It was around 30 min. I stayed and waited only because someone was expecting it.

Friendly girl at the walk-in counter. Food was great but the place looks run down. Needs the door windows replaced as moisture or grease between the glass. Just over all run down. They were busy when we were there. They worked quick and efficiently.

The people that work here are amazing people they are nice generous thoughtful helpful and everything it's just I feel like rallies have went downhill over the years and just might need to turn some things around that's all but the service there in the food we're

We went thro last night and placed a 56 dollar and change order they was very rude the food wasnt right we order 12 chilly dogs they was upside down n runny n had no onins on them the double spicy chickens was singles with soggy buns then the 8 double rally bugers where made sloppy some of buns was suggy n a few of the wasnt even hot like they have been sitting in a warmer. It is bad when your trying to feed a crew of 10 n this is what you get.
Literally one person working. That is insane to keep the store open. Sounds like management really cares about their employees

Atmosphere in my car going through the Drive-thru was amazing! Good music and comfortable atmosphere in my my car.....highly recommend riding with me.The food here is consistent. Never great, never inedible......always slightly above average.....that's why it gets 5 stars. You always know what you are getting.

I stopped here 10/28 at 120 am. The worst service I have ever received from fast food. Food was cold. No napkins or straws. No ice in our drinks. Absolutely unacceptable.
