I usually order 4 times a week from here, and never have an issue with how my drinks turn out. However, the quote times on the mobile app are not accurate. Many times I find myself arriving at my quote time and still wait 20+ minutes for my order. I know it's not the staff's fault, but just poor management. This is a great Starbucks, and very convenient for those shopping at Kroger. Casey does a fantastic job every single time I go there, it is always a pleasure seeing him as well as the other staff members at this establishment! All around would recommend this Starbucks. :)
