This is one of those “Subway” restaurants that doesn’t honor the Subway coupons/promos. So no reason to support this business.

We use the subway app and our subs are always ready when we arrive and they have some great discounts and deals on the Subway app as well. The Scatterfield workers are always nice and helpful!

I love a subway sandwich. Sometimes a footling is just what you need to satisfy your cravings. I appreciate the employees here - confirming what I've asked for on my sandwich.Parking: PLENTY of parking, it's a huge parking lot for multiple businesses, it's never full.

Kind of upset. I was just in there not even 15 minutes ago. I placed an order online for a sweet onion teriyaki toasted footling with extra chicken, with only lettuce, spinach, and jalapeños. No extra chicken that I paid 4 dollars extra for, it was not toasted, and it had red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers on it. I guess it is my fault for not going in to order it myself.

Not worth the higher price. Subway used to be the best place to get sub's, but now its $14 bucks for a foot long and not even worth half that. Its not a place to go on a regular, but maybe an every once in a while trip or when you have extra money and can afford to get it. Coupons are your best friend in order to afford this place.

The last time that I went to this subway, it was not a good experience. There was a young man with chin length hair. He was learning over the sandwich he was making with his hair hanging loose over the sandwich. I asked the other employer about it. She told me they only had to wear a hat if their hair was shoulder length or longer. I left. I don’t want hair in my food.Parking: It was good.

The absolute worst customer service I ever seen.

This Subway and the Broadway Ave. in Anderson location are owned by same owner who refuses to accept corporate coupons from the mail because "food costs are too high" according to signs posted on door.Spoke with customer service and they stated they have never heard of any Subway location not accepting coupons. I have visted all other Subway locations in Anderson and they gladly accepted my coupons and food actually tasted fresher. I asked them about owner of Scatterfield & Broadway stores refusing coupons and they stated they have heard alot of complaints from other customers about the same issue and he is the only owner that does that.I'm sure he is losing more money by not honoring coupons than the stores that do honor them. I guess he just decided to start his own policy. Store was empty. Good luck with that.
