Wanted to give 0 star's. This location on Broadway in Anderson In is by far the WORST subway I've ever visit. I went in to pick up my curb side order, got home the order wasn't made as I ordered it. Called the restaurant 7 times, no answer. I went back to the location, walked in to loud music, young teenage, unprofessional kids there, explained my issue, this one kid whom spoke with the manager via phone whom I evidently gave him some type of power. The kid started using profanity at me, ever word out of his mouth was disrespectful. I asked to speak with the manager 2-3 times he said no. One other kid took my sandwich open up the bread, finger (playing) the inside the sandwich and told me that I could take the sandwich back because it was made right. No little boy it is not made right. He then ball the sandwich up and threw it the trash. I got no money back nor a sandwich. I called the restaurant on the morning of 1/29, again no answer. With that being said, I don't recommend this location at all. Very rude /disrespectful workers, manager is never available to speak with. I will take my business somewhere else

We tried to order dinner for our large family and were told by the employees of this store that we would not be able to order 10 sandwiches. They said that would be considered catering and we would have to order 24 hours in advance. I guess this store didn’t need our $100.00 order. I don’t know if this is a franchise store or a corporate store, but I guess they had made enough money for the day. We wish you the best.

My sandwiches always suck from this location. Literally half the time there’s no cheese, I asked for toasted, never toasted, and since here is there 4 pieces of meat for a foot long sandwich. I will never go to this location again, when i pay $30 for lunch meat sandwiches I expect better. Do better management. Do better.

My 1st visit was to pick up an order I made through their app. They gave my order to someone else as I stood there waiting. I stood and waited 15 more minutes before they remade my one sub. 20 minutes total wait time and I got a sorry but a real business person would've offered a free cookie or chip for my inconvenience.2nd visit tried the drive thru. Guy working it was nice but obviously was not ready to run it. He kept repeating the same questions about what I wanted on it when I said numerous times I just want it the way it comes. At the pick up window I pay, get my sub, but no drink. I wait until I have to knock on window and tell him I need my drink. You could tell he was struggling and I don't blame him. It's management's job to properly train their employees.Lastly what is up with this location not honoring Subway promotions or coupons?Maybe if they did they wouldn't look so deserted while all the other fast food places along Broadway have a steady flow of customers.

This subway really erks me because I just had a newborn and this is the closet location to me. And they NEVER ACCEPT the coupons I try to use or the deals that are on the app. It’s ridiculous. Seriously pinching penny’s not allowing people to use coupons all the other subways use. ?? if I want to use a coupon I have to drive across town with my newborn. Absolutely ridiculous.
