I used the app to place a mobile order. I left my house immediately after placing my order, got to the store within 10 minutes, and waited for the app to tell me my order was ready. I waited an hour just for them to tell me someone else took my order, even though I didn’t see anyone take an order close to mine. The app never told me it was ready, the manager wouldn’t remake it for me, and customer service never gave me my money back. A $54 order was somehow made and stolen within my 10 minute drive. Will not be eating there again.

The girl at the window is nice but, kitchen staff is trash. I ordered a nacho bellgrande one night and they put a literally teaspoon of meat in it. I ordered it another night no beans and extra meat literally 1and 1/2tablespoon of meat and put it in a small box. The extra meat was 90cents. Never again. Taco bell needs to do better.
I came to this taco bell and they could take my order at the counter had to order at the kiosk, one of them was broken and the other one was underneath the freezing air conditioning that is right on top of your head, the guy in front of me took 25 mins to order and the food took about 20 more minutes to come out, I was nice enough to ask the manager to take my order and he refuse but yet was taking drive through orders over the computer which it did not make any since to me

Closing shift charged me for something I didnt ask for. When telling her how much I should pay she never mentioned the 5th item I didnt ask for.
