Everything seemed to be broke: the receipt printer, the lobby drink machine. There was no brewed iced tea. One cashier taking orders, filling orders, and dispensing drinks from the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes to order inside. Several people just gave up and left.

This particular Wendy's in our town I had not been in in years. I will not go to any of the others in town. The cashier named Linda was very friendly we got our order in a timely manner. Also while eating I noticed Linda come out and clean the dining room and keep it that way. I spoke to her before I left and the manager and key them know I appreciated her and the way the restaurant was clean and the food was good.

Did a mobile order, it was extremely fast and convenient. The only issue I had was their Sprite "wasn't tasting right."
Service was horrible!! Had to repeat my order 3 times and still didn’t get my correct order . Very unfriendly

Messed up our order twice. If I had the be word it would be: Dirty. Floors are were sticky. Unattended children in the lobby. The gentleman that took our order i’d give a 3 out of 10 on service.

Worst Wendy’s I ever worked at or ate at before I even got hired and I was a customer half the time my food was never right and the response of employee was that they didn’t care also when I worked there they never paid me for my last week working there lied and said I didn’t work the hours when I know I did I have a clock out paper that says 40 hours also they would transfer me too different Wendy’s to help out and not once did I ever get paid for that if you wanna work for free labor go work at this Wendy’s free and Casey are worst managers I ever had in my life sheisty and scandalous I don’t recommend eating here and I damn sure don’t recommend working here unless you wanna work for free they will edit your hours and lie about them just be careful if I’m ever in Anderson again I’ll be sure to pay them a visit for ripping me off
