Stopped in for a couple of concrete mixers today. Cashier was rather sour. It took nearly 10 min for us to get our order from her even though there were no customers coming in during this time. Apparently the mixers had been sitting behind the counter the whole time because they were so runny it was like eating soup. Disappointing. We've always had great food and service before.

My Reuben n his pot roast dinner were great as usual but... Onion rings were quite done. Dinner had minimal gravy so asked for some extra. Asked for some extra n she comes back with condiment dish with a good TSP of gravy. So I went to counter n got what appeared to be chicken gravy. After all that he said the heck with it. Maybe they were out but just tell me that.

This time of year is my favorite. During Lent Culvers has walleye. Hot, crispy on the outside and tender, white and flaky on the inside. With fries and coleslaw it's perfect for dinner.
I love this place. Good burgers, good menu items if you want something a little different, great service, and a nice atmosphere all around as you can tell the folks here mean business.Plus, they're right across the street from Walmart if you want a quick bite to eat after you get done shopping, which is always nice.You do good, Culver's. You do good.

The food is alright. The fish is extremely expensive. You could go to an all yoy can eat fish fry for the price of Culver's 3 piece fish dinner, and it didn't even include a drink!Parking: Brand new parking lot!

I went inside and ordered lunch and chose a 4-pack of custard from the freezer to go. As I waited for the burger I noticed that the custard flavor of the day was new and thought it looked amazingly good. When I asked to exchange one of my custard selections for the new, the manager made it happen despite the great difficulty in doing so. The exchange was likely against policy but I very much appreciate his choice to make this customer extremely happy. Thank you, Mr Manager. You gained a loyal customer today.

The service here is a total joke. My girlfriend and me ordered a Butter Burger Basket and a large Chilli with cheese. After we left and almost got home my girlfriend opened the bag and we got the wrong order. She called and since it was after closing they couldn't do anything. The person said that we could come back the next day. Well today my girlfriend went to get our meal and guess what??? They messed up on our meal yet again. This isn't the first time they have done this. A few months ago we got food around 10:30 PM and waited. When 11pm came we went to the drive up window and they said they threw our food away because they thought we left. We sat right where they told us to wait at. Yes we did get a refund and went else where because they said they had turned off the grills. This was the last straw for eatting here. I work in retail and know good customer service when I see it.
