Absolutely filthy. I've worked food service. I know what level of filth is "normal" throughout a day. This place is ALWAYS far beyond that.Every single time I come in, there is at least one (sometimes multiple) guys YELLING in the kitchen. Not talking loud, yelling. Usually yelling at coworkers and including cuss words every other word. I truly cannot believe an employee is allowed to behave that way, especially when customers are so close and can hear everything. It is so uncomfortable to listen to, and I could never bring children inside. I've watched several people walk out because of it on several occasions, not just one day. Disgusting behavior for anyone, especially a worker.And the workers never even fake a welcoming attitude. I don't mean that they're just not being super cheery, I mean they straight-up roll their eyes when you try to order.Service is only getting two stars because there is a wonderful young lady who works there right now and she is always pleasant. But she is the only one.

Every time I come here I am disappointed. The service is rude and they cut you off before you finish what you are saying. The dine-in eating area is always very dirty to the point I do not want to eat inside. The food is 50/50 whether you are going to get good KFC or something missing/order wrong. I do not recommend going here until they get a change in management. There are too many bad reviews for this to be a coincidence.

Wow. Most tables inside lobby were covered with boxes. Maybe 2 open tables and dirty at that. Chicken did not live up to KFC standards at all. Wife and I love KFC but, not this one.

I have not only eaten here a number of times but have worked here. Seems to me what most of these reviews do not understand is 75% of what you purchase at KFC is hand breaded, which yes takes time. That 30-45 minute wait is not someone singling you out and being rude, that is genuinely the amount of time it takes. Kfc should not be considered fast food because it's very hands on and not time efficient enough for fast food.I understand wanting good customer service, but it also should be returned by being a good customer. The box not only distorts what we say but also what you say. No one should be disrespected customer or staff. And just because the customer is "always right" doesn't give a customer the excuse to be disrespectful. I know first hand the managers at Angola kfc are more than willing to make an order right, and Apologize. Brandon and Craig are both amazing managers and even better people, would it change your attitude to know that they both work 13, 14, 15 hour days? Or that sometimes there are only 2 people working a shift and they've both worked multiple days in a row? No one is oblivious to the fact that yes there are things that could be better, but I know from experience KFC in Angola is not the picture these reviews paint it to be, there are many local regulars who have been coming day after day, year after year, and enjoy the atmosphere, service, food, and experience.

Every time I come here they're out of something. Today they were out of corn. The cashier was very nice but she was very stressed out as they had several people call off. I work in a kitchen and I understand that. One of the kitchen guys got angry about something and started dropping F-bombs and the cashier had to stop taking my order to tell him to chill out. Not a kid friendly place.. One of my meals was supposed to be a 4 piece tender and we only got 3. The level of dirt and grime in the dinning room is unacceptable. The doors were dirty, the floor was dirty and not just haven't mopped today dirty. More like haven't mopped at all this year. Every table was dirty. If the dinning room is that bad I can't imagine the state of the kitchen. $30 for 3 meals, couldn't get corn, missing a tender, had to listen to the kitchen guy yelling, and was surrounded by filth while waiting on our food. I do not recommend this place at all.

I ordered 2 reg KFC bowl wth extra gravy& 1 with no corn. Checked them corn in all went back girl came a shook bowl around to cover corn argued with me. I thought maybe I was wrong got it back in car for it to have freaking corn in all 3.

Husband brought home dinner for the family. He did not think to look at the chicken before making it home. Ready to feed our family of 5, we got out the chicken and every pice was burnt chard. No one was able to enjoy this fast and easy meal

Some of the worst KFC I have ever had I had tonight. My daughter brought it home for us it was a 16 piece the breading was falling off the bucket was full of grease . When I called the manager seemed more interested in Saving food cost than serving quality product. We were in there over 2 hours before the store was ready to close no excuse for disgusting chicken couldn't even eat it
