I ordered a little over $60 last night right before closing (which the employees didnt appreciate and acted rudely)when I checked in my party pack taco box I found half of a soft taco when it should of been a full and when I checked in my other bag all my Naco chips purposely dumped all the way to the bottom and the empty chip bag nicely on top of all the other food

My husband and I miss the old manager here. She took her job seriously, my husband always orders a #6 he always tells them no tomato due to being highly allergic, she would have her crew wash their hands and put a new set of gloves on because that is the policy when you have someone highly allergic to something. Well, last night on 12/21/2023 they did not follow that policy at all, the crew there now don't give a damn about their customers, they just rush to get you out which is horrible customer service and food safety practices. My self ordered a soft taco, no lettuce. Well, this is what I get. I have thought about applying to being a GM at this location because I know damn well I would take my job a lot more seriously than the ones in there now. I would hold every employee accountable and make sure they get the proper training they need. The last several times we have gone to this location has been a huge disappointment. They don't even keep the line clean also so nasty in this taco bell. I don't even think they are food safe certified in there, which they should be.I wish I knew the other managers name. She was amazing, which she is no longer with the company

Night staff is a joke. Purposely pushes doordash orders behind to make them wait longer. Waited 15 mins for my order while they made every drive through and lobby order possible before touching mine although mine was ordered 45 minutes before the others.Day shift is great, night shift needs work.

Food was disgusting shells were hard barely eddiable not hardly any beef at all in the chalupas or the soft taco very dissatisfied and at 8:43pm you would expect better food then to top it off one of the employees was out in there car right by the front door smoking weed when I left it was enough to gag you walking out the door. Ordered two chalupa boxes cashier rang me up for only one because she wasn't listening over all completely terrible experience I won't make the mistake of going there ever again and neither will anyone I know what a waste of money.....

Wouldn't usually complain but... went through drive thru. Gave us the wrong food. Guy that got our food brought it in they tries to give it to us had them remake it. Still forgot stuff and took 20 mins to get it. DONT RECOMMEND!
We came in to the North Wayne Street location at approximately 10:15pm. They close at 1 am, so we figured having a few mobile orders would be no big deal! WE WERE WRONG!!!! They directed us to come inside and get our orders and we said okay. The worker unlocked the door (because apparently the lobby was closed 3 hours before closing) the worker who was a short lady huffed and puffed as we walked in and made it obvious she was not too happy to see us. She kept making comments under her breath and made the experience extremely distasteful. Overall good food because I love some Taco Bell, but they need to do better at hiring.

I do not usually leave comments but this was the third time in a row that I have tried to get food for this Taco bell location. I will never go back again. Three times my order was was messed up. Items missing. Items with wrong toppings. Items missing toppings that I paid extra for.
