I ordered a baconator Jr and baconator fries. The burger if you could call it that had two patties on it the size and moisture level of saltine crackers. The fries were so oversalted they were nearly impossible to eat.

Late night stop. Didn't mind the wait to get service. Communication was good when it came to knowing we had to wait for food. But was not very professional afterwords, watching the workers hang with their friends outside of the restaurant.

The Angola store is extremely slow. There could be no one in line and you will still wait forever and your order will be wrong and greasy I don't know why in the world this place isn't shut down what a trash place.juts this Wendy's not all Wendy's. I love Wendy's but Angola Wendy's sucks so bad

don't understand why there was not any fresh food cuz by the time I got it at the drive-thru window the food was ice cold was not even warm at had to wait almost 20 minutes just to get my two frosties I did not get at the drive-thru that to go back inside and get.... they had enough people they could have made fresh

Went to get lunch and waited in a 3 person like for over 20 minutes to just place our order. On top of that, it took nearly 15 minutes for the food to come out, which was cold to the touch. An order, which was a few ahead of us, walked up to the counter and had said they had not received their order and had been waiting for over 30 minutes. After sitting down and opening our food, the burger patty was barely even half the size of the radius of the bun (where's the beef). The employees were moving so sluggish while working it made sense it took so long to get anything done. Nothing was stocked in the sauces or in the pop machine. On top of the employees working slow, one took some food outside to a customer in their car and on the way in sat behind a poster where they thought no one could see them and started to vape before going in which took almost a minute even though they were clearly behind. The service we received was pathetic and does not resemble Wendy's whatsoever.

The food is awful. This place needs new management--or maybe it should just be closed. Our food was cold, the chicken was old and dried out, and the service was poor. Really, how hard is it to cook fresh fast food? Aren't there rigid guidelines set by Wendy's corporate to ensure standard quality? The person running the cash register was fine but she had no support and the manager seemed to be of no help. I would never go back.

I ordered breakfast online and when I get there they don't have 2 of the 3 things I ordered and the breakfast sandwich was garbage. I tossed the whole meal. They need to just close this place down. I'll never go there again.

This location more likely than not messes up my order, I tell them beforehand about my allergies while ordering, they still mess it up. No matter if in the drive thru or walking in, it'll take 15-20 minutes.. don't know how you can call yourself "fast food." Also, the inability of customer service shocks me, as they come off rude and as if customers are an annoyance. Today, they forgot the second half of my order, and took 10 minutes to give me such.
