Wonderful experience at the Auburn store! Wait staff was very friendly and attentive! Had to try the fish on fish Friday. Excellent taste and the tartar sauce was awesome! Received a visit from a manager to ensure our food and service were acceptable. Mike Pelphrey was the manager. Everything was great during the visit. Did a little shopping in the store also. Lots of unique items to choose from. Overall fun, friendly, and fantastic shopping and dining experience. Highly recommend!
Service was very slow last night. It wasn't the server or her trainee, they were great. Kitchen slow as molasses. 50 minutes to get our food. When it finally arrived it was hot and tasty.

I've always love the food at Cracker Barrel. The food was amazing, and their coffee is always good. I was impressed with the employees who are friendly and check back on how everything is going. The manager who's name is Micheal Ashley does a superb job of maintaining the flow of the team. I can tell when the teamwork is going smoothly which is something that is important to a restaurant business.
