AVOID! Horrible experience. Came in on a Monday at 5pmish. Pretty slow inside, dirty tables that weren't bussed all over. Had Pryce as our server, he couldn't care less. Super slow, came to our table chewing food with his mouth open, no drink refills. Wouldnt go back if they told me it was free for life.

We picked up our order, so eating at home was nice. We got the 2 for 25, and 3 of us ate. We chose the riblet platter and oriental chicken salad. We really enjoyed it! It was all really tasty. While we waited for our food, we sat at the bar, and their was a gentleman who ordered the endless wings and was watching the game. I discovered that you can change the type of wings each time you get a refill. I also observed that this gentleman had a wedding ring on. That just made me so curious. Like, what is going on at home that you would rather sit alone at a bar to eat and watch the game? Made me sad for him. But it also made me want to try the endless wings the next time I venture through their doors.

Well it started off with a 5 minute wait. Turned into 20. Then we got skipped. After we get seated at the bar with 2 kids. They take our drink order and then we wait… and wait………. And wait. Finally I grab a manager to take my out order and she says oh let me grab a pen to take your order and you guessed it… we wait. Then leave. What a great way to waist 45 minutes.

When you overhear conversations managers are having with staff that should be held in private, it's off putting. I could hear staff trying to figure out who was then going to run the bar after bar tender didn't want to work and left. Staff member then told me that it's "like this every weekend and management does nothing about it." The manager didn't seem interested at all in being there. When your restaurant is being run like this from those who are supposed to manage, customers don't receive all of the food they ordered. I'm disappointed in management and the way they treat the staff. BUT, the staff that was there and working did their best to write the ship and keep up.

This restaurant is terrible. The service is awful when you walk in they take forever to seat and greet you, and when you get seated you are waiting for a while to get served. They are very slow and when u ask them for something they get an attitude. I don't recommend coming to this location.

Got the unlimited, they were understaffed. But instead of giving bad service - they told people an accurate time to wait. (Best Hostess ever!) I appreciate when restaurants do this. Service was good after being seated. Five stars!

Absolutely the worst service and food I've ever received at an Applebee's. They had no help and the food was horrible. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star and walk out after waiting 2 hours to get our food was the kind hostess that kept apologizing and trying to help. Worst ran restaurant I've experienced.

Not busy at all still had to wait to be seated while 3 employees stood around then wait another 20 min to even have a waiter come to the table and again not busy at all. Then get told I can't share my food with my kids. This place is a joke id rather spend my money somewhere else so we left.
