Amber the manager is a super worker. She had our food out fresh and hot and followed up to see how we were doing all while running to the back and working the drive thru.

This is the only Arby's that mixes the cabbage and cheese together for the Reuben which I've been getting for years and was wondering where the cheese was. This was the first time at this location and all the others that that I've been to don't mix the two together. Which was a HUGE Disappointment since you couldn't even taste the cheese at all. Took us almost an hour to get our food since they had ran out of Roast Beef for orders that were before ours. Not sure if we'll go back to this location or not.

2 for 6 fish is a great deal! Very good fish for fast food, be prepared to wait about 10 minutes for hot fresh fish. Worth waiting

Ordered thru the app and while I was in route to pickup the order I was called and informed that they had no roast beef ready, they wre willing to substitute the sandwiches with other items or I could just cancel the order which is what I chose but my credit card was already charged so I had to call a 800 number to get my money back. Long story short it is now 8 days later with no refund in sight, I've made 2 calls to the 800 number along with a online survey where I asked to be called but of course no response from that request. Apparently Arby's must be in real trouble if they really need my $8.72 that bad

Very unhappy. We stopped after an ER visit last Thursday night. Asked Dow two fish and curly fries. When they FINALLY brought it out everything was ice cold. Ridiculous!!! Will never go there again!! The fries were super old too. I would have thought everything was freshly done for as long as it took them.
I love a good deal. The 2 for $6 was just right for me and my wife. Food was really hot and tasty.

The French Dip sandwich was disappointing, much different than it used to be a few months ago. A different bun. And they got my beef n cheddar wrong. I got a plain roast beef instead. Still tasty but not what I paid for. Nice staff though.
