If I could rate 0 starts I would. I went there and ordered a pretzel bite cup and small lemonade without any ice. The lady did not hear me and rang me up for a small drink. I politely stated that I wanted the original lemonade. After spending 5 minutes to figure out how much to charge me extra for the drink. I paid the difference and the other lady made the drink but with ice. I kindly stated I asked without any ice. She grabbed a spoon and scooped out the ice with an attitude. And proceeded not to hand me my drink and practically sat the drink down next to the register in which I had to stretch to reach. I will never order from them ever again. They should learn customer service.

I stopped in to get a pretzel with pepperoni which they never have any ready. Depending on whos there is how long it takes to make. Today I was told it would take more than 10 minutes. They are lazy and dont want to go out of their way to do anything but stand in back and talk to each other. LAZY!!!

Once you try, the pretzel dog you will drive 20-25minutes just to get one. Also they now have the mini pretzel dog! Yes, they are extremely delicious, awesome ? you may want to try (2) to enjoy the satisfaction ??. I pick up extra for later or the next day. The mini dogs, come 10 in a pack. Go for the max and please ? yourself.

I would like to see them change their gloves after touching the cash and the computer. But nope used the same gloves to push the pretzel bites into the cup. Geez!!!!! ? This should be a normal practice especial during Covid-19. But I normally love this place so that how I decided on 3 stars.

This location never participates in anything. Not the T-Mobile Tuesday events, nor NATIONAL PRETZEL DAY – April 26. I really really wish that there were more locations around Indianapolis, Danville, Plainfield even another one in the Avon area. It’s a shame that I love the product but not the location. Subway and Walmart are cool thou.

they Nasty, they don't change there glove after the next customer. the use the same gloves to cash a person out with and still touch food. that is nasty and unsanitary. They are also in conjunction with that Subway. I wouldn't eat there either.

The pretzels are made fresh to order every time I eat there. I prefer them to be made to order rather than getting an “old” pretzel that I don’t know how long they have been sitting there under the heat lamp. Very friendly staff as well. I would recommend to anyone and I get pretzels weekly from them.

Arrived at 8:40 PM on Saturday - website say's as well as posting on front of the store states it closes at 9:30. Said they were closed, this is the third time this has happened. Last time I was told they close at 9:00 PM. Always seem like the staff doesn't want to take any orders...

I bought pretzel bites salted with sweet honey mustard sauce. I got salt on a few of the bites and sauce from walmart's deli! Honestly why not just say there was no more sauce. I realized the sauce was wrong after I got home. Usually nothing is ever made and you must wait for service and then for the product.
