My family and I came for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn't busy and we were able to order and find a table very quickly. The bagels were delicious and a light meal for lunch. My son loves eggs and was able to get a breakfast bagel sandwich while the rest of us had lunch. It was counter service which was ok.

Been to this location a number of times. Usually good experience. Today’s service from the red haired woman was dreadful. Interrupted our order to take call. Then did not return to complete. When asked, she ignored. Maybe on drugs/something? The dark haired lady with glasses came to the rescue.

I don't ever write reviews but I walked in to get lunch for my mom and I. I brought my daughter who is on oxygen and I have to lug around her generator, her, her diaper bag, etc. it's a lot. So I ordered, this wonderful lady said hello to my daughter and then offered to bring my food out to my car. It's a small gesture to some but huge to me. I told her I didn't want to be a bother and she said it wasn't at all and she was happy to do it. It made me so happy to think she was thinking of how to make my life just a little easier. So she brought me my food and said "you're doing amazing mama" I don't know her name but I've been coming here since I was in high school and they've always always been so kind. Amazing place.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it barely had any cream cheese on it. The bagels are also more bread-y instead of chewy. It was 'alright', but nothing special and the portioning of cream cheese was disappointing. It was also disappointing that they don't warm or toast the bagels.

I’ve been here a handful of times and loved everything each time. I gotta go here for brunch sometime because so far I just get a bagel and coffee to-go omw to work. Bagels are fresh, cold brew is really good. The employees are so nice and I see regulars every time I’m there. The employees make good relationships with their regulars and it shows. Service is really fast even when they’re busy on a Friday morning, and you can call ahead to-go orders to make it even faster which I learned today. I go out of my way to work once in a while to get my Big Apple Bagel. Gotta leave a little early (and I love my me-time in the morning if that tells you anything).

I like Big Apple Bagels in Avon. They make a tasty sandwich bagel and we enjoy it as a treat when we're in that area. The people working there have always been pleasant and nice and we occasionally try some of their sweet baked goods or a drink.I particularly like the lox and cream cheese bagel, toasted.They do well with the interior in the location they have, though a little more room would be great (not really feasible in this location, though, and I'd hate to lose them from this spot!).Parking: Parking can be busy at times, but we've always found a spot. Keep watch, as there are three "layers" of parking strips, if I recall correctly, and people are headed to different locations in the strip mall. Just stay alert, of course; especially when backing out.
This is the best place in Avon to go for a sweet tooth. The gentleman that served my husband and I was named Earl and he was a delight. The sweets are delicious and the breakfast sandwich’s are awesome. We happen to get there after hours and Earl was happy to still provide great service.

This place is absolutely fantastic! My wife and I used to visit here weekly when we lived nearby. Their coffee is great, as well as their breakfast sandwiches and bagels. Their muffins are also fantastic. They were always super moist and delicious. The employees were always super nice to my wife and I, and were always great at coming up with solutions. Plus the atmosphere here was always super warm and inviting. This place is awesome, and is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
