I ordered delivery. Over an hour after placing the order, I received half of the order. The pizza looked like it was cut by a mentally challenged infant. I called the store and they offered a refund for the missing product, but not for the tip or delivery fee. Which amounted to an additional $15. They refused to re-deliver my order.If you own this location, clean house. Fire them all.Any good manager would have given a full refund and told me to keep the late, half delivered, poor quality product.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, they said it would be ready in 25 minutes! I went to pick it up in 30 minutes. I stood in the restaurant for another 25 minutes. Opened the box and it was sausage, so i told them just give me a refund. I really wanted to try their new stuffed crust, so tried again the next day. There were atleast 15 people, I'm assuming delivery drivers standing around doing nothing. The pizza was so undercooked I had to put it in the air fryer for 6 minutes to eat it. If you want a good pizza that is cooked in Avon, I recommend Pizzaville.

So I just spent the last 2 hours in a snow storm trying to get home to my kids from work and my son asked me to order him 1 small gluten free cheese pizza. I put the order in 45 mins prior to me arriving there because the roads are absolutely terrible. My mobile app told me that my order was ready about 10 minutes ago. I get to the store and they have yet to even put my son’s pizza in the oven and I have already stopped at my favorite Mexican restaurant and ordered myself carryout on my way to Domino’s! As I walk in the store, there is a dominos employee sitting in the bar seats with an empty 2 liter of soda and trash ALL AROUND HIM when I find out that my sons pizza hasn’t even been put in the oven! So here I am, with my own carryout food sitting in my car getting cold while I am now waiting on one small pizza to be cooked! The picture paints the entire story PERFECTLY!!

Dominos in Avon, Indiana did it to me again. Waited an hour in vain and now no time left to eat.Ordered via app with 44min estimated delivery. All looked great. An hour later, I called to find they are too understaffed and hadn't even begun to prepare our two sandwiches. Too understaffed to operate properly.
By far the worst service I have ever received, hands down. Waited 90 minutes for repulsive and cold food. If you are that busy, shut the shop and stop taking orders. Steer clear of this joke of an establishment.

I'm just curious as to why the 6.00 tip I added to my online order doesn't show up on my paper receipt?? It seems a little shady. Think I'll start giving the tip to the driver next time. I was definitely charged for the tip . And you gotta the tracker that counts down the minutes as it goes from 4 minutes to 5 minutes. Think I'm done with dominos
