Be careful yall if you late 10 minutes than your appointment time you getting dock after 12 hours thats happened to me today and also heard sometimes they get you dock 24 hours doesn't make any sense also staff is so f...... rude.they are thinking nothing can happen on the road and i was trying to park on the side so i dont block anyones way and. took me ten minutes and they said am late how stupid they are

Long wait 3 hours +, small parking for trucks , 5 spots at most. Office people very friendly, Bathroom inside that is a big plus ,not a portapoty outside ,

I came here on a Saturday to pick up a lowed. I was late by an hour due to an accident. They told me that was no problem.I got there at 1 PM and at 4 PM only one truck had moved into a dock. I had a delivery for 8 PM 200 miles away. I went to check to find out if I would be loaded in the next hour or 2. And they said that once you bump a dock, it's 2 to 2 and a 1/2 hours to get loaded ended up canceling my load. One of the people that worked there told me there had been a truck in the dock. Since 10 AM that morning I got there one I saw 1 truck move into a dock that was ahead of me. Do not recommend this place. I did not actually pick up product. But I still would not recommend.

Please think about 100 times before come here for pick up even your broker pays you good money. They are very very slow loading.

worst company never coming here again idc 12 hours for what I could already drop off the load this place is joke
Drivers be warned this place should haul their own products because the way they treat drivers is insane .Appointment was 9:45 and I showed up at 10:15 they made me wait until 11:30 to make matters worse they loaded heavy on the front axle and no way the load will balance.Never ever return here because waiting for the whole day is not worth it.

Bad place to load, shipping office treats drivers bad, shipping office lies about time to dock, next truck turns into one of the next trucks, then your there for hours. Bad company. Do not haul their freight.

One of the rudest customer service I have ever had. The little girl at the register on night shift takes the “ GOLD” who comes out to let you know that your load is done. If you hate your job people have nothing to do with it…Really needs some master class on working with people…

Should be able to award negative 5 stars. Second time I’ve been sent here to load over the years. Nothing has changed. Always takes a day to get loaded.If you have to pick up here, bring food. Plan on making a day (or night) of it. They’re ALWAYS behind. Make sure your tanks are full. Forget about making your delivery appt on time.Appt was 4pm, didn’t get a dock until 830, then didn’t start loading until 1010. It’s 430am, still waiting for my paperwork. Was supposed to be at my delivery at 415, three hours from here!Stay away from here.

Noon appointment, check in 11:30 AM ,it is now 10 PM did not even get a door yet. One of my worst experiences since started driving in 2006. They check the temperature-10 when you check in and want you to keep the reefer running while you wait. My 1st time here and 100% my last time.Update: 6 AM next day I was told to call my broker and reschedule the pick up for another day. Even the truck drivers who did get loaded they waited a long time some of them were at the dock late last night.Avoid this place or make sure you get at least 50$ /hr non ending detention.
