Ordered online, requested no tomatoes at oil on the side. Due to having it for lunch, I did not want sandwhich soggy. I checked the bag before pulling off (I'm glad I did). Sandwhich did not have oil included. I had to let the person who brought order aware of this. He returned to the car with the cup, then I decided to check the sandwich, and it had tomatoes. I had to go inside and they made a new one. I didn't get an apology ? just a new one made and said, "Here you go." This was a one off so I won't take this personal

This is my 5th visit to the Avon Jersey Mike's, and they are consistently fast, clean, and so friendly. Nice group of young people ! They kindly accommodate my requests for fresh gloves and work surfaces to avoid any contact with pork products. Such great sandwiches. Customer for life, lol.

The sandwich is 9/10. Delicious but there was a small hair I found after biting in the middle of the sandwich. I know these things happen, I think the sandwiches and ingredients from Jersey Mike's are always great. I'm not trying to make anyone look bad, just want y'all to know to ... maybe wear a hair net or just brush more.

once again i write on the webseite what is to be put on the sandwich and stuff in side notes neither one gets done correctly!!this is atleast the 3-4 time they cant get the condiments right regardless of how you fill out the online form they just throw what've they want on the sandwich and to hell with the customer!"side note" area don't waste your time because they don't read it anyway you get whatever they feel like doing in your bag!!if you dont have time to go through your bag don't bother because they won't get the order right to begin with...just horrible customer service all around!!?
