This place is trash! DO NOT order a bucket. They always the nastiest sloppiest pieces of fried chicken ever. I thought the first time was just a bad time but this second time is crazy, never have I ever seen more unappetizing chicken in my life. Avoid this place. ??

I would give this place a 10/10! Great food, great service! I had ordered DoorDash, turns out the first dasher stole my food but dropped my order. Multiple dashers were coming there. The general manager there was polite, explained the situation to me, and remade my order so I could pick it up because DoorDash wouldn’t refund my money bc it said the store was preparing it. This was a great experience and wish their was more people out here like this!❤️

Unfortunately Avon IN had nothing good for me to say. I spent $16 and nothing was edible. The chicken was cold and staying in a hotel had no way of reheating it. My biscuit was so dry it literally made a snapping noise when I tried to pull it open and just fell apart. I got 1 sauce for 5 chicken strips. My side was not what I ordered. When I tried to get Sobe Life water I ended up with warm root beer. Do better Avon. I'll be sticking with Chick-fil-A from now on.

Ordered online for pick up after coming home from work. Pulled up to find I had to go inside to pick up order. Dining room was empty. Picked up my pot pie. Looked in bag to see there was no fork or napkin. Asked for them, and then was told they had no Diet Pepsi. I asked if they had any other diet drinks. I was told they have Mt. Dew or lemonade. Lol! One employee walked through the kitchen wearing Christmas underwear with his pants belted below his rear. That might be how he dresses out in the world, however he was at work and it was totally inappropriate. I don't think I have ever been inside this location before. It just looked and smelled dirty. YUCK! I won't even use drive thru again, if what I could see is any indication of the cleanliness of the kitchen. Very disappointed. As I was leaving three of the five employees came out to smoke.

I had to give 1 star. Went in on Sunday evening around 630. I ordered an 8 pc chicken nugget, mashed potatoes and drink, my son had the #7 which was chicken tenders totalling 28$. I started to eat what was supposed to be nuggets that were so old, crisp, and unedible to say the least. Every single employee went outside to smoke and left us in there so had to wait for them to come back in. Tall guy with dreads as talked about in reviews above came in coughing so hard I thought he was going to get sick? He went in office and I had to literally yell for him to come out of the office ( clearly was out smoking pot) with the other employees? Just wanted a refund and to get my son out of there from going outside to the conversations being had by employees. What the heck has happened to this place? Don't go in there or even order from this establishment. They need shut down and fast before they kill someone with their food from sitting all day and night. Calling corporate tomorrow because the so called manager made me wait 20 minutes to get my refund and then he didn't even apologize. Do something about this manager because it's no wonder the employees under him don't care.
