I watched an employee walk into the restaurant in front of me and go straight to the serving line without washing his hands was pretty nasty to see plus half of the employees serving had an attitude, however the food was very good almost worth the attitude and bad hygiene.

Being sick with covid a family member picked up carryout to bring me yesterday. The last time I ate there in person was in the past 3 weeks, and I had the same exact experience. That is the reason I am writing this review. I am not going back and am exasperated by the lack of interest in correcting or monitoring the day to day operations or this would have been corrected.The short gray haired lady that generally works salads and in first section of the line badly needs customer service training. She is always indifferent, rude and unresponsive to a simple 'thank you.'Even though I did not see this yesterday, my family member vividly described the event: the food in general looked less than fresh, it was between 12-1 so why did much of the food look like it had been held too long? It was dry and unappetizing, especially the broccoli. Even choices were limited. There was no white meat fried chicken, only dark.I had requested a muffin and when I ate it today, it was clearly not freshly baked yesterday, and if so was overbaked.As a Consumer I am tired of the lack of service, poorly prepared food , reduced portions and increased prices.

It's always great to see this spot! Question, why is bathroom colder than it is outside?I noticed this at the end of summer un August. Now, it's super annoying. Can someone in charge help this situation?
Not even close to Gray Brothers Cafeteria!!! Everything was lukewarm, all kinda tasted the same, and it wasn't clean. Portions weren't great, and the desserts taste frozen. NOT homemade.
