Wasn’t really sure how to handle this situation but pulled up to window behind car for to go order. I didn’t realize I had to tell them my order at the drive thru intercom since I had already ordered on the app. Important later, there was one car infront of me, one car behind me. Once I pulled up to the window, barista said she couldn’t help me and I needed to pull up to the drive through intercom. I pulled around, she asked for my name at the drive through speaker, then had me pull forward and gave me my drinks. So here’s the thing - completely understandable had there been a line except the car behind me was gone and my car was quite literally the only car there, so I ended up just circling around the building back to the drive through window. She was also laughing at me and talking loudly about the situation as well. There are better ways to prove a point. Hoping the manager could review the footage to see exactly what happened to handle the situation appropriately.

Service is amazing! My drinks are always made good here and staff is incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, the last few times I've been inside I've overheard really rude/entitled customers... these baristas are doing their best with what resources they have people!!! Practice patience in 2024... service workers are people too...

The bathrooms are not clean. Our sandwich bag had grease or something on the outside. The sandwich itself had a very cold pocket in the middle. Last time I came they made my drink wrong and now the sandwich.
