If Taco Bell is working to discontinue counter service in their restaurants in favor of forcing their dining room patrons to order their food from an electronic kiosk, then why in the name of common sense don't they display a sign to the effect on the counter? Just had a redemption experience here. My last experience, the customer experience was atrocious and at times non existent but the young lady working the window on a Friday night was EXCELLENT.

Order was incomplete. I went all the way to work and had to come back to pick up the sauces. While I was there, I ordered a drink fully expecting to pay for it, but the employee said it was on the house. Nice surprise but the manager came up and told him no. I had no problem paying for it since I ordered it, but that's bad business to comp it and then take it back.
