sign and website shows open at 6:30, I normally stop by aroun 8am, never open! Today 02/25/2024 I stopped in at 9am, they were open. as I entered the line to order, there was a large truck in front of me, placed their order and drove up to the window, so as I am waiting to order, an elderly lady gets on the speaker and says" we can't take any orders for awhile, no supplies. I informed them I was going to wait. set there for 5-10 minutes before i decided to pull up to the window and wait, after sitting there for another 10 minutes without being acknowledged, the elderly lady comes to the window and tell me again, that we had to wait on supplies and to come back later, at the same time I watched the elderly lady take an order from the car behind me.The elderly lady finally came back to the window, still not having my order she ask me to pull foward, I explain to the lady all I wanted was to order a breakfast buritto,and I was not moving. a couple of minutes later she comes to the window and tosses me a breakfast burrito.I do not plan on letting this go, they are false advertising because of the posted opening time on the web and the sign, and watching her take an order on the car behind me, feels like discrimination.I dont want to take it that far but Really no choice. I really would like to speak to someone.

The older lady working there is straight up RUDE, I ordered 2 jr frostys and I didn’t tell her I had the keychains because usually they don’t take it until the window and they have told me that at that specific location as well. And she rudely said “ugh you didn’t tell me you had the keychains” and slammed the window then as she’s handing them to me she has a tone saying “for future reference you need to say that before you get to the window” so i said “okay sorry I didn’t this one time but usually when I do they never care because they take it at the window” and she slammed the window on me as I’m trying to be nice because there was absolutely no reason for her to be so rude. They be letting anyone work these days, older people always want totalk about kids not having manners or respect but she was definitely old enough to have manners and respect.

Don't eat here. The food is awful, the burgers are so burnt that you can bite through them, and the French fries taste like they been out all day. Wendy's needs to completely restaff this location because it makes them look bad.

Came to this Wendy's 2 times this past two weeks. Both on Thursdays morning around 10 am. Went through the drive thru and was turned away. They said they had too many door dash orders to be able to take my order. Smh Then today they turned me away saying they were doing maintenence so they couldn't take my order. Not one car in the parking lot. Just save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Ridiculous!

I was reluctant to go this Wendy's location because of the bad reviews but it was close to our doctor's appointments and we wanted to eat breakfast before we went to them. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. My son ordered a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant Meal and I ordered the Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit Meal. We did not wait long for someone to take our order. The man who took our order was professional. Our food came out within a few minutes. The food tasted good. My son especially liked the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant.
Very disappointing experience. Got a baconator. It’s a $9 sandwich and they apparently didn’t have the normal burger patties, so they put the small ones on. No heads up on that, so that was just a surprise. No frosty. Fine, it happens, but I just lost the money because I used the app. They made my medium drink large. Way smaller cost than the medium frosty I paid for. Cold fries, cold burgers, cold nuggets and those were also wrong because they gave us spicy, which we didn’t order. The chili was good though.

Service was politepll. Food was not good this time around. I took a bite of the breakfast sandwich, It was just luke warm, too dense for a croissant, bland, and overall not appealing. I tried one of the potatoes, it too was luke warm and hard.I drove down the road and got hot fresh breakfast from Hardee's.I will not waste my money on breakfast here again.

Found a long piece of hair in my food, went to return the food and the workers there caught an attitude with me because of what I found in my food! Not to mention the older lady that’s at the window didn’t have a hair net on, but she’s making food. Then when I gave them the food back with the hair in it the supervisor on duty caught an attitude because I wanted all my food replaced !

Overall, I can not stand this location. They are always rude and slow. I waited for over 45 minutes once inside to get my order for one person. They have a revolving door of employees and have closed early many times due to staff shortage. I would have the place closed down and something with better corporate management put in its place.
