Above costs for a sandwich shop, but I'm sure the mall is charging them premium rental and thus why they have a higher price. Service was decent and got through in adequate timeframe. Nothing special in how the sandwich was dressed and it was a bit below warm for a hot sub. I liked and not sure if it's customary, but didn't get an end of the bread, but was a middle on both ends.

This place has really gone down hill since Covid. They closed the Bloomington location and that one had excellent customer service. This one is closing soon if they keep up with the poor quality food. The customer service is less than phenomenal.

My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time tonight and it was amazing! We loved the whole ordering system and the bag art on the walls. Would definitely recommend it if you haven't tried it!

Not a fan of the menu change. Lost the ability to have some of my ingredients on my sandwich and now it compares to any old sandwich shop. You'll spend less money else where.

My husband and I love the shakes here. We always get the large shakes in the yellow keepsake cups for like $7 a piece. We drive out of our way to go there and pay up to get their shakes for their usually great service and quality. Our last 2 times weren't as great. But, this last visit was especially horrible. The manager claimed they "don't and never have sold large shakes, only one size". Obviously we questioned this being frequent customers who have always gotten large shakes. After questioning his statement he pointed his finger in my husbands face saying, "I SAID we don't sell large shakes SIR". I let him know that the way he was speaking to us was rude. He said that I was being petty. He then told us we'd have to wait because of how we were being. We waited 25 minutes for 3 small shakes that were $5 a piece. No customers should be treated that way or talked to that way, especially not by a manager.
