The workers were extremely rude to us and ignored our questions. The person taking our order was texting the entire time we were placing an order. And had headphones in The workers then proceeded to stare at their phones while making no food for 40 minutes. After asking where our food was, they ignored us and it took another 20 minutes to get our order. The order was not even correct as we were missing an order of chicken. The place was dirty with no trashcan. Do not waste your time.

I got mostly mild wings, which are good and not spicy at all. As you might expect. I ordered a few garlic parmesam. The parm was very present but not so much for the garlic flavor on these. I also got a few of the mango habanero. These were sweet and spicy and everything you would expect. The cheese fries were good but needed to be eaten fast as they were not as good when cold. The Cajun fried corn was delicious. Also, the ranch dressing you get from here is simply the best ranch you can find.

ok, so, the only thing here that’s good is the food. we came in and stood for 15 minutes along with 7 other people waiting to order before they told us they were only taking online orders. some people had been waiting for 30 minutes to order before us… they don’t aknowledge anyone when they walk in and they lack any communication with customers. i then put in an online order and it went through fine, my friend tried to do the same thing immediately after me and it wouldn’t let her. we asked the man up front if there was anyway possible he could take her order in store because the online wouldn’t work and at this point we were the only people left in there. he looked us in our face and said they didn’t have a cashier….. i’m not super mad i just work in customer service and i know id be fired on the spot for any of this. they weren’t rude they just weren’t on paying any attention to customers and they didn’t make an effort to try to help us. definitely need to be retrained.

To be honest, the whole crew needs to be retained to the standard. My daughter and I ate there 2 days ago and we were disappointed. Boneless chicken fried so hard you'd hurt your jaw trying to chew. ?Garlic Parmesan was disgusting. The boneless barely had sauce, no trash can to throw your food away, sticky floors....You be the judge but we will never go back. I also didn't like the fact that the guy was looking at me press my PIN number in. I ordered a whole new card.

Order from their mobile app to arrive at 10pm. Called at 10:30 and was told it was just picked up. At 11pm my order was canceled and I was told to call store. I called and they said they never had the order and that it was also already picked up and it wasn’t there problem. Very rude employee, probably management, who just kept calling me bro. Had to hang up because they had no intention on trying to fix just blamed DoorDash. Classy.

If I could give 0 starts I would. The evening shift is horrible the 3 times I have ordered from this store same girl who thinks she’s the owner doing everything, but her job. I got there told her my name she looked at me and ignored me waited about 10 minutes till I had to tell somebody else but she was helping only whomever she wanted. This is ridiculous. There is no management there. True definition of “ghetto” dirty and horrible customer service.

Don't know what happened to good customer service. Ordered a large order for a party, wings were way over cooked and Didn't receive any vegetables. Called said he would make it right. Went back in to get order replaced said sorry they were too busy come back another time. What kind of service is that? Never got our order replaced and will never use them again for a big party.

Open till 3 AM. It's a great place to stop in, Grab some wings or a chicken sandwich.You canget it to go. All their flavors are good. My favorite is mango habanero, my daughter loves the mild, and my wife loves the garlic parmesan.
