I was dining in for my first time, I love the chicken bacon ranch fries!! Was immediately greated, very friendly. While eating my food I noticed a staff member came out to wash tables, I was pleased to see ? now for those in food service and have had serve safe training know that you don't ever wash the table and chairs with the same cloth and cleaner. I'm usually pretty meh on zaxbys. I went there because it was convenient at that moment but I dont go out of my way. This visit was like.....wow. The food was awesome. Reasonably quick, correct, and fresh. I was pretty floored. The freestyle machine tasted a little funky though, I dont know if they are properly cleaning it as often as they should...all the drinks came out tasting off.

The family and I enjoy Zaxbys. The food is always hot to order, the staff is usually friendly, and the restaurant is usually clean as well. I do recommend wearing some warm if dinning in because it is always cold inside.
