After reading about the sweet pizza sauce, the fresh crust, and the great reviews, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but wasn't super impressed with the flavor and the sauce seemed be very minimal. I reached out to give them my feedback and the staff member (I'm awful with names )was so polite and offered to have their best staff remake the pizza. When I arrived, she let me know that the manager made it personally and requested feedback from the staff before presenting it to me. That showed me that they truly do care about customer satisfaction and that the staff works well together and supports one another. Will DEFINITELY be back. My remade pizza was great and flavorful! “We recently visited this location with our 2.5 year old son who is autistic. Shortly into our visit our son had a meltdown which ultimately ended in us choosing to change our eat in order to to go. However, the gentleman who I assume owns or is in management here was incredibly awesome the entire time. As my son was biting, screaming and losing control of his body; this gentleman offered him treats and was just completely reassuring and kind. He did not pass a look of judgment or make us feel like we needed to explain our sons drastic mood change. He simply tried to help and was such a blessing in our rocky day. Our pizzas were delicious. This place has a family friendly sports bar vibe with a very friendly staff. They have a wood pizza oven that I really need to try. My kids had cheese burgers that they really enjoyed. “This locations is FANTASTIC! We reserved their party room this afternoon for my 3 year old’s birthday party. I was able to decorate how I wanted, and the manager on duty asked if I needed help with any of it. Our party was a bit bigger than the room and we ended up spreading out to another good half of the restaurant, and they didn’t mind. The food came out hot, they provided all the plates and silverware, and ice. They said not to worry about trash, that they would come and get everything but we wanted to take care of it ourselves so they rolled a trash can over for us to use, told us to help ourselves to the ice dispenser and whatever else we needed they helped with. We weren’t charged to use the room and the bill was extremely budget-friendly even! They were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating and I could not thank them enough, they earned every penny of their tips and more. This location and its employees are wonderful!“
“Love Popz Pizza of Franklin! They have great pizza! It is very similar to Jack's Pizza. Ordered from them for the first time recently! They make their pizza with the crumble sausage which I love! I really recommend their "Far Out" pizza (Pretty much their supreme pizza!). Their prices are also really good. I feel like I get more food for less money when I buy from here. Their 18" pizza is huge. Only thing I'm not crazy about is their breadsticks, but I don't go there for breadsticks, I go there for pizza! But, many years later, my husband and I enjoyed Calzone and Plain Breadsticks that is much better than the slices I would buy as a teen. Good location and it is quick serve style the breadsticks and calzones were piping hot. The conversion of this location to your pizza restaurant is very nice and makes good use of space. There are not only teens working there now and all were busy preparing what I imagine were carry out and delivery orders as well as for the dining room. “i went to checkout their lunch buffet and i was not disappointed. they had several slices of pizza to choose from including a dessert pizza option which had cinnamon and vanilla glaze drizzled on it. it reminded me of a cinnamon roll but in pizza slice form. they had breadsticks and a salad bar as well. the lettuce and salad toppings looked fresh and delicious. i got the salad bar and definitely enjoyed it. the line was out the front door and no open tables were available by the time we were leaving. there are no servers going around at this time since it is the buffet so you are able to refill your own plate and drinks. the restaurant isn't very big and the tables are close together. i would definitely get there before or right when they open!“

“The Chicago pizza restaurant in Greenwood is a great option for a pizza buffet during lunchtime. The always fresh salad bar and the delicious pizza and breadsticks never fail to make my belly happy. They have two cheese sauces to choose from one nacho and one cheddar along with a pizza sauce for dipping. The buffet today was $12 for all I could eat with my choice of fountain coke products. They even give you a to go cup when you are done! The pizza selections vary from day to day but are usually consistent. You can even ask for a specific pizza to be cooked and they usually oblige. the new sign states no special request anymore, so this may no longer be a thing. The salad bar has tons of options and never disappoints with its freshness and plentiful selections. Your tables are always kept clean and so is the restaurant. Parking is a little tough but a spot can be found with some patience. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!“

“Richard’s Brick Oven is a Franklin and Indiana staple of how a brick oven pizza place should be. Coming from a vast traveling background and eating at a lot of places in the country this place does it right! They have beer and pizza to the tee, the service is amazing and they make sure to take care of their people. Eating here is like eating at your friends family owned restaurant. The staff is friendly, humble and most of all just normal people like you and I. Amazing place and amazing pizza I gladly drive 20+ minutes to here for dinner with my family and enjoy it every time. “I have been ordering from this establishment for a long time. I tell people how good the pizza is. Tonight 12/5 we order 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Ordered delivery. An hour and 15 minutes goes by so we call to find out the driver never showed up. And my pizza has been setting on a counter for 30 plus minutes... The employee doesnt call us to tell us. We ask for our money back. It will be 5 days........ 75 dollar order. Very disappointed. To be out that money and still have no dinner. Way to do good business. Dont think ill be ordering from your establishment again. Obviously not that the employee cares about our business...Update... call from management the following day to discuss what happened management made it right. Also good to know that door dash is doing their deliveries and hasnt been picking them up. So we wont do delivery anymore. We also tried the bolognese mac (light flavor in a way, not an overbearing red sauce taste, just perfect!), the Godfather (fantastic!) and That's My Jam (unique and perfect combinations of flavor!) pizzas. We had salads as well that were large portions! P&L is about 25 minutes from us, but it is definitely worth it! Parking is easily accessible and we had no issues getting in and out quickly!
