Incredible food! We got the 5th Ave wings which are tossed in whatever flavor you want and then passed through a flame leaving the wings super juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The pork tenderloin sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the fries are the perfect blend of crispy and fluffy. Service was very friendly and cheerful, and the restaurant playlist was great as well!

Arrived in town late (9:00pm) and was looking for a quick bite. Great tenderloin and very unique house fries. They too were very good. Cool place. Will visit again next time in town.

Good bar and grill food for a small town like Beech Grove. The 5th style wings are unique, not a typical cooking method found at other bar and grills. (Fried, sauced, then grilled). The spicy cheeseballs melt in your mouth as well. The side salad had quite a bit of cheese and other toppings as well. I will be back.

Love this place!! We went in on a Sunday, the basketball games were on, good music playing, good service! The cooks made special accommodations for me which was AWESOME! Bloody Mary's were really good too! We had been there a time before and we will definitely be back!

Wanted burgers, other reviews said 5th Ave bar and grill had the best!I must concur! The burgers were amazing, my Daughter got the chicken wrap and said it was fantastic, the onion rings are amazing as well!!I had the Ghost Burger ?? fire!!10/10 recommend if your in Beech Grove!!!
They where haveing bingo night understaffed I was waiting to order lady working at bar passsed me multiple times when I called to make a order they hung up on
First time visit. All was good. We started with the breaded mushrooms. They were steaming hot when served and delicious. I had a bowl of chili with cheese and onions. It was steaming hot, good and delicious. My boyfriend had a smash burger and he said it was good. We will be back.

Met up with some family members for brunch/lunch. We had to try their Bloody Mary! And we had to get a beer chaser, so we got a couple Pabsts. The Bloody Mary was so flavorful! The food was cooked to perfection. The onion rings were crispy, and the burger was juicy. The service was fast and friendly. The moment we realized we needed something, our waitress was already bringing it to us!

I had the Kristie chicken sandwich with slaw, house salad and chips. It was my Birthday and I went there with my bestie. She had the personal pizza with bread stick. I had lemonade and she had Michelob ultra. We had laughs and fun while visiting together. Well will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options

The French onion BOTM was amazing!! And their fries and chips are very good, especially with the ol' midwest classic-delicious ranch!There was a broken stool, and when we pointed it out to the bartender, she said, "It's not MY bar, I just work here." My steak knife was rotted through and the bathroom was very dirty. So, we enjoyed the food.....
