My wife never orders breakfast food, but the banana pancakes were truly incredible, and she said the energy of the owners made for a beautiful Saturday morning. My eggs were the best I've ever had in a restaurant.

I went with 2 friends. The server was friendly and did a great job, attentive and patient. There seemed to be just 1 server on duty, and they did a great job.I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and I'm used to most that are moist, and this was not. My expectations were not met. Their rendition has a toasted hoagie bun and chunks of rib eye beef with some peppers, onions and cheese. I ate it as I was hungry, but I was not satisfied. If that is up someone's alley, then you'll like that meal, but I was really wanting a more traditional version.

Yo, this place is so good. I got a build your own scramble meal and my husband got two ribeye meals.. My scramble had loads of fillings, the hash browns were crispy and flavorful but not greasy. I got a blueberry pecan pancake instead of toast and it looks like it was made on a stovetop with crispy edges and fluffy and the inside. Just delicious. His ribeyes were thick and the gravy was flavorful and homemade. Definitely recommend this place if you want good breakfast, great service, and your coffee cup always full…. Only thing I recommend is to update the scenery with some live plants and color or something. Not a deal breaker tho and I would 100% come back again and again!

A cute little diner with good food and good prices. I went with some friends for brunch on a Sunday and it was quite busy and only a few people working, but all the servers were really sweet and was always checking on us and coming by. It was a great experience overall and I will definitely be going again.

This is by far the best breakfast in Bloomington. I’ve never found a better breakfast place and lunch is great as well. Much of their food is made from scratch, and you can tell. Besides being good food, the people who run it are working hard and taking pride in their establishment.

I hate to post unflattering pictures of good breakfast… but they often go hand in hand! Easily the best breakfast place in B-Town! Very friendly service and amazing value. We will be back!

First visit with 15 year old daughter. I ordered coffee (lukewarm and watered down) and she had hot tea (she said it tasted like coffee and tea mixed). Food was two orders of French toast, one with strawberries added, an order of hash browns, and bacon. The French toast deserves five stars. It was light, fluffy, and flavorful. The bacon was cool crispy but not over cooked. The hash browns tasted like they were made in old oil. Disappointing. I don't know if we will be back.

Service and wait times are absolutely atrocious, once again, my sincerest apologies if it's a staffing issue, but my partner and I, walked in, waited 25 min at the host stand to be greeted and we didn't even get that (neither did the party in front of us who decided to stick it out), we just left because we were hungry and actually wanted to eat or have any idea of how long it would be, so this review is entirely about service. 0/10

The B Town diner is packed on a Saturday late morning. Packed! I think one server was handling most/all of the available tables and she did great. There was a bit of a wait to get a table, and they use some as stations for condiments and other things, which is a really good idea. For 3 people, the full bill was under 40 bucks, which was amazing, and definitely left room for a generous tip. Our meal included pancakes, drinks, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fries, and the beef Manhattan. I always get the Manhattan! Overall, the food was at its usual high standard. The only knock I had was a bit of oversalting on the loaded fries, but it was all so good I didn't even bother to mention it. Be cool to the staff if you go. They don't have a lot of people on hand, and do their best to make sure you have great food. Between this and Cloverleaf, I'd go here every time. It was worth the wait!
