Just DON'T try it. Went there on October 11th, first couple sips of the smoothie, there were plastic chunks. My friend had never had Boba before so wasn't sure on the first sip, but the second sip he knew something was wrong and pulled a nickel size plastic piece out of his mouth. We immediately threw both our smoothies in the trash, mine honestly didn't taste good anyways, and we started just walking out but figured we should tell them what happened so it didn't happen to anyone...read full review
The only time they wash dishes with soap is at the end of the day and if they use peanut butter. The workers do not exercise cleanliness and my sister got sick from drinking the tea here. Wanna know why? I ended up getting a job here and got fired for using soap to clean. The workers are supposed to use gloves when they make the chicken nuggets but some of them don't. They will have bread crumbs and other mysterious (food?) particles floating in the sink and they will just dip...read full review

Poor customer service, overpriced drinks/food, and diminishing portion sizes (popcorn chicken portions decreased over 50%). I brought up a concern today and there was no effort from the staff to fix my concern - it seemed like they did not really care. It is better to go to any nearby place such as cafe bali to get boba at a much more reasonable price
