“I hosted a private event (50+ people) at Upland Brewery on Thursday, Oct 19. Anna was my contact at the location and she was sensational. She ensured that I had everything that I needed in order to have the event be a success. The food was delicious and came out hot and ready. The bartender was so sweet - our large crowd was no match for her as she was quick and ready! The space was absolutely perfect and was made even more eloquent by the Edison lighting hanging above. If you are looking for a unique, cool, and fun place to host any event, this is your place! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“
“After spending the day driving and exploring, it was nice to find a quiet and peaceful spot for a beer, sitting in the corner and writing out a few Yelp reviews. Yes, a great selection of local and craft beers. I greatly enjoyed a "Sun Bump" witbier from Wiseacre Brewing.Since they don't serve food, I asked and was told that sure, if I want takeout I can do that. So I ordered a pizza from the place nearby and brought it back to enjoy with a second beer.Neat little spot. Friendly service. And if the weather's nice, sit outside though the view is only of the parking lot.Parking: Big parking lot. Plenty of room for the Sprinter van.“
“Best customer service I’ve ever received at a local bar ! Tiffany and Tim are such great assets to the Porthole. They were so kind and helped us with everything. Tiffany even went out of her way to get my son a special drink so he could celebrate with us and feel special too. Tim asked us how our food was. Despite the establishment being super busy, we were still given great customer service and the food was great. Will definitely come back again!“
“My wife and I went to their free open clinic to get some beginner lessons with friends. The two guys teaching the class were very good and super nice. They answered all of our questions without making us feel silly or stupid and gave us some really helpful tips. Dale, the owner I believe, was also very nice and welcoming.
