We came in were sat quickly our server was nice and attentive……. That’s where the good stops! When our food came my boneless wings were I won’t even call them luke warm.. they had been setting under a heat lamp for who knows how long!!!! They were super hard like they had been over cooked or recooked multiple times. My daughter’s wings were the same way. Not a good experience and will just go to Buffa Louie’s from now on.

We were in last night, a group of 10 of us. Everything went great!Even though they were pretty busy, Nicole (according to the name on the receipt) did a fantastic job taking care of us! Very sweet and helpful! And I was impressed with the over design of this location....all of the tv's look to have been upgraded recently, as did the entire store! I will be back when I visit Bloomington!

The food is awasome I highly recommend the bdubs dirty tots.I had a brisket burger which was messy but amazing, my girlfriend had the all American which was quite good. We will 4 sure be coming back.

You know it's a problem when you want the place to be better than the employees want it to be! The kitchen was quick tonight. My server was very nice even if I was there for 10 minutes before she came and greeted me. She informed me last call for both drinks and the kitchen was 11:30. I arrived at 11:10, she arrived at 11:20. You're probably seeing where this is going. I placed my order, got my water and a drink, not too long after followed by my food. I asked for a refill. I was told that last call had already happened, even though it's 11:30. I finished my food and thankfully had my water to wash it down. I realized as I paid my bill that I ordered the wrong drink because a couple of tables continued to receive shots until 11:55. I guess on this Friday night, the bartenders don't heed last call (8 more shots) for the guys that can barely walk out of the door. While I get last call, I will never get over serving. Maybe the excise folks can explain it to you....

Ate lunch at this location today and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had a restaurant in quite some time. Our server was new so we took that in consideration but he had no one to shadow off of or help him with the order. He got everything wrong from the appetizer to the entire meal because he just plain didn’t listen or pay attention to what we told him. He clearly didn’t know the menu at all. We got our appetizer in which the food runner checked with 4 tables before us trying to figure out where our appetizer was going. We got the appetizer and it was not what we ordered. But it wasn’t bad so we ate it anyways. We waited 40 min for the rest of our lunch and when they brought out or food it wasn’t at all what we ordered. Then he took back the food and came back out with my friends food and it wasn’t right and it was cold. He brought my salad with chicken out finally and they smothered it in buffalo sauce in which I hate ( I told him no sauce on the chicken) and the salad was not fresh and disgusting. We waited another 20 min before we had to chase him down to get our check so we could get back to work. We spend almost 2 hours there when we desperately needed to get back to work. No one cared and we were charged full price for everything nor did anyone ask us how we were doing. We will not eat lunch there again.

There were people with later pickup times getting their food, and others with earlier pickup times still waiting. It was Superbowl Sunday and very busy, but there was no way to cancel my order. Now I've paid $40 for nothing. Filled out the form on the company's site and they said it was forwarded to the Bloomington store for resolution. I never heard back from them. Take out orders are usually longer than estimated. I've dealt with it for 10-15 minutes, but over an hour and no updated estimate is not acceptable. Closing out the sale on the credit card when the order was never received is ethically wrong.

Doesn’t matter if the food is good. A worker there has stated, “chefs eat and cook at the same time, and no gloves.” Just disgusting and really unsanitary.
Food was decent, ordered boneless wings. That’s about it, though. It took 30 minutes of standing up front, along with multiple other groups, for someone to come to the host stand. We then had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes with no updates or names taken. After ordering, it took roughly an hour for the food to arrive, but it was good.The worst part: the atmosphere. The phone was ringing nonstop by the front door directly where we were seated. Nobody, and I mean not a single soul, answered the phone for the entire two+ hours I was here. It was very annoying and I could hear multiple other guests talking about it around me.

Place was super busy when we got there. Everything we ordered was great, service was okay and not too pricy for being five of us eating. I got a pulled chicken type of salad and some loaded buffalo tater tots all amazing. Everyone else got wings of some sort or appetizers as I have two smaller kids as well. It was all decent food, good service, it was a little crowded and loud but to be expected there. Nice time really

Food is always good. We usually order to go. Seems like every time we forget to check our own order something is missing. We live 30 minutes away so going back sucks.Hard to call them to get the order corrected in anyway.Tried the newer jalapeño hot wings. They are uncomfortably hot, but ate them all.

There was only 1 server and we were very kind and patient. It was a guy with a pony tail.. he didn’t smile at us at all.. our Server had so much attitude. Was not a fun experience at all. Very disappointed.

Iv been coming here since they open. I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous. The place is getting crazy expensive. Tonight they shorted me 2 wings which were tiny and they forgot my carrots and celery. They don't check the order in front of you anymore. Just not worth the money.
