I ordered a cinnamon pancake meal w fries, eggs, and sausage for pickup.They forgot the fries, and my pancakes had MAYONNAISE on them instead of cream cheese frosting. So much mayonnaise.I literally never leave bad reviews bc ppl who work in food service already have it hard enough even if they mess stuff up occasionally but :( mayo pancakes

Ordered to-go the previous day for a busy morning… get there and they tell me they’re not doing to-go orders. That’s “great,” because I already paid for it. They could’ve called me. What makes it better is, rather than attending me, she goes and sits down with her co-worker and complains about the job not 3 yards from me.I will forgive a lot of things - the service industry, hell, the food industry, sucks. I understand and I empathize. But a lack of service just isn’t ok. Either make my food or give me my money back, right? Fortunately, after about 5 minutes of staring them down in awkward silence, they decided to make my food, but that initial experience is worth this review.EDIT: They still didn’t include two items in my order

Cook hadn't cleaned grill so everything I ordered tasted like nothing but salt, this on top of him not even sending out the grilled peppers that go inside of the Philly cheese steak omelette I ordered. Booth was still dirty when we were seated. Waitress never asked us if we wanted refills, also no coffee creamer or real sugar was in booth nor offered.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Had a ramp.

You go to Denny's because it's midnight and you want salt, butter, grease, and meat. This is 100% what you are going to get . It won't be fast but it will be hot and taste like the picture looks. Our server was friendly, attentive, and took care of us while contenting with some annoying customers.

Experience was horrible! We went at 9pm on a Tues night.. food was cold and really wrong! They put the wrong food on our plates.. and the Manager was pretty well telling the kitchen staff he packs a gun so don't test him! Look, I am a seasoned food service General Manager.. I've seen and heard remotely everything but never a threat like that from Manager to employees!! Waitstaff... very inexperienced and it took forever to get checked out.. the place had maybe 3 tables in it.. they were not busy!! 10 out of 10 Wouldn't do it again!

Won't make a skillet at 4 am so I decided to order a burger and fries. Then after I already paid, was told they don't have items for my burger. Then I got my food and headed to work to find out the burger is completely wrong. Wrong cheese, no toppings I requested, and toppings I didn't want are present. So I called to let them know. The waitress there is so unapologetic and monotone. She's not personable at all. Definitely in the wrong line of work. But since it's one of my only early morning options, I will be back.

Ordered biscuits and gravy and was not happy with this meal this time. Food was cold. Usually have a better experience here. Altho the service was good friendly

I have tried to go in twice, the first time they told us they were “closed” but seated the people who came in after us when they called them out. just tried again and was standing at the host stand for 15 minutes with employees walking by us multiple times. they wouldn’t have even said anything to us if another couple hadn’t come in behind us, just to tell us that if we wanted to be seated we may end up having to wait 45 minutes to be served or they may just have to close. I understand being understaffed but you could have told us that when we got there instead of letting us stand there for 15 minutes and ignoring us. awful customer service respectfully get it together denny’s.

Food was good staff was stretched beyond their means but still very friendly and helpful. Drinks didn't taste right only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars

Been going there for many years. Always been pretty good. Better food selection and service than a nearby steak n shake. Just don't be in a hurry, it's not a fast food place. I do recommend this place.

Extremely rude staff. I ordered take out and when I arrived at the restaurant, they said my order had been canceled, when it in fact had not been. The waitresses then found my order and gave me another 10 min wait. They apparently were hoping they could get out of doing work. Again, waitress was super rude and should find a different job.

I ordered the all you can eat breakfast. It's a lot of food for your money. I went after club hrs and there was one employee inside and one puts de smoking, so the one took my order then went to make my food with no gloves on. The one that was outside smoking came in without washing his hand and started to finish making my food and I had to ask him to wash his hands and told him I don't smoke and it makes me sick and so the first one put his gloves on and continued making my food. It wasn't the best but it is wasn't bad.

Regardless of my service, a woman came in while I was dining who was clearly distressed having missed the bus to get back home. One of the staff who was getting ready to leave got her some food and then offered to give her a ride. Was very touching to see

Went for lunch on our way into town one day. The service was so slow - but for no reason? There were only 2 other tables and there was no wait staff there either.Whatever, we were hungry. Took our drink order and didn't bring drinks for another 10 minutes. We gave our food order with our drink order. Food came relatively fast, but was not good. Over microwaved everything and no drink refills.I don't expect anything exceptional because it is Denny's, but yikes. This isn't the first time we've had issues at this location but we won't be giving them any more chances.
