Technically, this is my first Freddy's experience. The first location I attempted to try was too messy with food all over the kitchen, and I was not willing to risk eating in the unsanitary conditions. I did not see any evidence of this kind of mess at this location. The dining room was neat and clean, and the trash was not overflowing. There was a little wait but nothing out of the ordinary for fresh cooked burgers and mixer. I was pleased with the temperature of the food, the freshness of the topings, and the flavor of the meat. I tried the California burger, and it was pretty delicious. I also really liked the skinny little crispy fries. Nice place and the staff was very friendly.

The first time trying Freddy's, I had a double cheese steakburger and onion rings, comparable to Culver's (my favorite to die for burger) and priced moderately better! Service was very nice, both people who waited on me were servicial and pleasant! Dirty is putting it mildly. This place is disgusting. Husband got food before a custard that I ordered. The cashier was picking at her face. She was asked 3 times if she made my custard. Then decided to make it when my husband went back to the counter. This place is filthy, I told him to get his money back I wasn't going to eat

Gave me my food in a bag with some sort of sauce all over the bottom. The girl who gave me my food just watched me get it all over myself and my car and then shut the drive-thru window and ignored me. Had to wait three minutes til she realized I was still there to force her to actually do something about it.

Went here for the first time with my daughter. We had never had frozen custard and were confused by what the difference between a sundae and concrete was. The gentleman explained it to us nicely. It took a little while for the order to get made but we enjoyed it very much.
