The staff and service are terrific here! I order from this Jimmy Johns location when I need a delivery. They are prompt and the order is accurate. Today's order was complicated, but they were very pleasant anyway, which reminded me why we routinely choose this store. I had to rate them lower on atmosphere because it is a small store with very tight--if any--indoor seating. Outdoor tables are available.

After we had an issue with a DoorDash order, we spoke to Antoine, the owner. He was extremely helpful and courteous of our situation, and even offered to personally compensate us if DoorDash was unable to. Thankfully, we got everything straightened out, but I really appreciated his professionalism. Thank you Antoine!

Great food and fast service. Music in the restaurant was a bit loud making conversation with the cashier difficult. However it is located right across the street from a large college campus.Parking: Parking is limited to only a few spaces behind the store.

Ignored all customization requests, including charged items. I asked for no bacon and added salami as an example. My sandwich had a few pieces of bacon and no salami. It had sauces that I asked to be removed, and I received no chips or drink with my order. Sandwich was delivered over an hour late, so it was cold by the time I got it. Whenever I called to ask when I was going to get my sandwich, the man who answered was a major asshole. Immediately had a shitty tone whenever he answered and hung up before I could finish my sentence. Subways the better choice here.

Ordered a tuna sandwich at 12pm on a Wednesday and still hadn’t received it over an hour later. Called the restaurant at 12:20 to inquire, was told it was out for delivery, “we’re backed up and only have one driver.” Okay, but the app still says it’s being made…. Get a notification at 12:42, “sandwich is out for delivery.” 1:05pm, still no sandwich. Call restaurant again, get same excuse. Offered a refund without receiving sandwich. Took the refund So now I’m both annoyed AND hangry. Terrible combination. If you’re going to take an hour to deliver an $8 sandwich, at least be upfront about it.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a food place. I ordered online and my food wasn’t done when I arrived over half hour after ordering. After almost everyone was out of the store they asked what I was waiting for and I told them they threw it together very fast and just threw them on the counter in front of me instead of putting in a bag so I can carry them. Needless to say I won’t be coming back and I suggest others don’t take the risk

I asked for no mayo on my sandwich. I'm allergic. I also asked for guac on the beach club. They remade my sandwich, and it was awesome. They are really lovely! 10/10!
